Nice apartment of 39 sq.m located on the road to Col des Aravis in La Clusaz, exceptionnal location ski-in/out (CrĂȘt du Merle slope) in a quiet residence offering a 180° view on the montains and the village !
This apartment has a beautiful living room with an open kitchen fully equipped, a balcony access with a completly clear view and without vis-a-vis, a double bedroom, a convertible sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a separated toilet.

- Cupboards in the entrance and in the bedroom
- Bathroom with a small bathtub equipped with a glass shower curtain, a sink

- Bedroom with mountain view and double bed.
- Ski locker on the ground floor
- 2 parking spaces (one behind the other)
