3 Brand new TVS (2021) (one 55" ROKU SMART TV in living room, one 55" ROKU SMART TV in master bedroom and one 43" ROKU SMART TV in guest room) Sleeper sofa with a memory foam type mattress for comfort. Ceramic tile throughout, NO CARPET!

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.
The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.
Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Fully appointed kitchen (with granite counter tops) includes ice maker (in refrigerator/freezer), microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, Brand new remote control ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, NEW central heating and air conditioning (2021), a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including granite counter top).

Brand new free standing ice maker at wet bar.

Seachase is easily the best beach condo in Orange Beach. It is in a prime location situated within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The luxury upscale amenities made this purchase decision a simple one.
