My home is in a tranquil, high-rise residential building with amazing views! If you are looking for a venue for parties, receptions, functions, or gatherings, there are better places nearby. My condo is in the heart of the city and is close to numerous great places to host those types of activities. Have fun, but keep it quiet in the condo, please.

There is a full-sized kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. A nice dining area and table next to the family room which has a big screen for watching TV/movies. Both beds are designed for maximum comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms have Smart TV's with cable. The shower is luxurious and extra large as well.

For those who need to work or stream, the condo has 450+ MG/s WiFi, and the building has WiFi throughout the common areas. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit and equipment for a game of pool, shuffleboard, or basketball. We also have a tennis court onsite.

My condo is truly meant to have EVERYTHING you need to be your home away from home. It's the kind of place where you will be perfectly content not leaving the building grounds. However, there is just so much happening in Denver right out the door that you'll be hard-pressed to stay in!
