Beautiful property very convenient to great locations like Bass Lake and downtown Blowing Rock. Super responsive hosts. Beautiful home it’s our fourth year coming and it never disappoints!

Our family has been here 3 times. I thought they might want to try a different place next year but they want to return. Ideally located between Boone and Blowing Rock there are so many things to do . The local restaurants are great. Tweetsie Railroad has something for all ages . The views are better than described.

Incredibly well equipped home. We had everything that we needed and the beds were super comfortable. View off the porches were gorgeous.

Our family makes a trip to the High Country every MLK Weekend. This was our third consecutive stay at this property. It is perfect for our needs…clean, spacious, and well appointed. Lauren is very responsive and accommodating.

Our 2nd stay here for a girl's (age 50s & 60s) weekend. House is spacious with plenty of seating, beds and bathrooms for our group! And very clean!Kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed with plenty of supplies including extra towels. Beds are very comfortable.Views off the deck are stunning. Sunrises spark awe! House is close to towns of Blowing Rock and Boone, hiking trails and Blue Ridge Parkway. Neighborhood is great for walks as well - though some steep hills! We look forward to returning!

How do I describe a slice of heaven on Earth. The photos show exactly what you are going to find when you rent “Point of View”. Everything was supplied by a thoughtful host. The experience for our family was excellent. The adults (85-42) had a warm family friendly place to visit and the kids (15 to 8) loved their area downstairs. Family vacation

Everything went well with check in. House was very clean and also in a very nice neighborhood. Really enjoyed our visit. Will definitely stay again. Beautiful view and really nice on the inside.

Property was as listed-clean,beautiful views and spacious.Great location on App Ski Mtn with easy access to Blowing Rock,Boone and the surrounding towns.Would definitely rent on future vacations for the above listed reasons
