You have reached a PRIME location in Sarasota. This beach town house is perfect for family vacations or a refreshed Work from Home setting!
Sarasota boasts the home of Siesta Key Beach, the #1 ranked beach in the US with powder soft white sand and warm gulf waters! As a guest in our house, you will have access to three prime beaches (Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach). All are in very close proximity and one within walking distance.
Our home is a 4/2 with a master suite, spacious bathrooms, his and hers office space, a large outdoor entertaining patio including a hot tub with outdoor hot and cold shower, and is accessible to shopping, grocery stores, dining and more!
Whether you are looking for a relaxing family getaway or an updated remote working location, this is the perfect spot for you!

Spacious House Convenient to Beaches

The house was awesome for our 3 week stay. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beaches were conveniently located. The house is located just befire the Stickney Bridge. We either went to Siesta Beach (right) or Turtle Beach (left) and occassionaly went to Nokomis Beach (11 mile Sounth on Rt 41). The upstairs master bedroom was huge with a balcony for morning coffee. The bathroom had jetted tub (did not use) and a large shower with several heads. The 3 downstairs bedrooms were confortably large with queen beds. We sat outside on the patio for dinner. In the evening or late afternoon, the hot tub was a bonus. The owner was very accessible for questions before and during our stay.

Great vacation

The house was very comfortable and well maintained. Shannon was easy to reach. The location was excellent for us. We love Turtle Beach in the morning. We were able to reach downtown Sarasota for events in 10 to 15 minutes. We would love to stay there again.

Hello everyone! I am Shannon Conrad, a Financial Services professional currently living in Tampa, FL. As a proud daughter to the owners of the house, I am helping my parents who live part- time in North Carolina manage the property for our guests. Born and raised in Sarasota and as a one-time resident of the Chapline house, I have gained countless memories during my time at school, long and lazy days spent at the beach, playing soccer and hanging out with my friends and family. We are eager to help you and your family create memories that will last a lifetime!
As we are new to VRBO, I will personally ensure that each guest is comfortable at our house and will strive to go above and beyond to maximize time spent during your stay. We hope that you enjoy exploring Sarasota and learning just what the town has to offer!
