Ljusa och stränder - Steg mot vattnet!

Ljus, ljus, strandsam och välkomnande! En bit gamla Florida bara några steg från privat strandtillgång. Denna gömda pärla och paradisskiva ligger inbäddat bakom sanddynerna. 2nd Fl-enhet med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, och nyligen uppdaterad med ny färg, möbler, golv och takfläktar. Tillbringa dina dagar på stranden # 1 i USA eller utforska allt du behöver göra i Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, Lido-nyckel och Longboat Key.

Strandstolar tillhandahålls för våra gäster på stranden - paraplyer, badhanddukar och mjuksidig kylare finns i enheten. Samhället har en pool, shuffleboard och en tvättomat (ligger på bottenvåningen). Internet med hög hastighet, kabel-TV och smarta TV-apparater i alla rum. Väckarklockor i båda sovrummen har 2 USB-uttag för laddning av dina enheter. Det finns en kolgrill belägen framför bldg, samt bord / paraplyutrymme för gemensamt område för att umgås. Våra gäster kommer att erbjuda ett komplett kök med diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn för de kvällar du vill stanna i, Keurig, och kaffebryggare för dropp (byo Kcups).

Det finns 2 sovrum, det första med en king size-säng och det andra med en drottning och enkelsäng. Familjerummet har en utdragbar soffa i queen-size.

Det finns parkering framför enheten, men du kan ta dig runt nyckeln med Free Trolley-systemet som går från kl. 9.00. m till 10:00 s. m var 15 minut. Det finns andra gratis transportmedel som du kan kontakta för hämtning (uppskattade tips). Och naturligtvis är Uber alltid ett alternativ. Vår enhet är cirka 1. 5 miles från norra byn och cirka 1 mil från South Village. Mycket centralt läge.

The location of the property and access to the private beach was excellent.Property owners provided all necessary details and were prompt in communication.Plenty of supplies were provided - paper towels, trash bags, beach supplies.

Perfect Beachy apartment

My mom and I stayed here for her 68th birthday and Mothers day from May 8th - May 25th.All the furniture was clean, new and good quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the decor was beachy, but not cheesy. I’m an artist myself and I loved the artwork in the living room. The short walk to the private beach was ideal for my mother who walks with a cane. We enjoyed the convenience of the bus / trolley stop being so close to the entrance of the property. What a great location! My only gripe would be the water pressure in the shower is really low adding extra time to our getting ready process, lol. All in all I would stay here again and I would recommend this apartment to a friend.Thanks for a great stay!

Sun and fun

Spent a great week of beach time. The accommodations were perfect, very close to the beach, all the beach amenities were there. The place was as clean comfortable and well equipped. Walk or short drive to store and restaurants.

Beautiful Condo

The Bright and Beachy Condo was well decorated and had everything you needed for vacation. Having a beach wagon, cooler, 2 umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels were essential items that the owners provided. Also, the helpful hints book was a great resource that the was provided that we used quite often for transportation and other recommendations. Communication was excellent! Unfortunately, not by any fault of the owners this area was hit very hard by the hurricanes and will take time to recover. There is lots of construction and loud noise happening all around the immediate area and under the unit. Once you get to the beach the view is beautiful and the sand is perfect! I hope the township helps this beautiful area recover quickly. I hope to return to the area in a few years with my family to explore some more.

Excellent

I visited for 3 weeks in late Feb early march 2025. The location was great, basically on the beach. The unit was perfect; clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you possibly need. Communication with the host was just right. Above and beyond my expectations.

Great location, comfortable for a family of 5

Our family of 5 (kids ages 3, 8, and 11) loved staying at this condo and can't wait to go back! The space was a perfect size for us to be comfortable, and the location was great for walking to the beach. The owners responded quickly and many amenities were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family of 4

Our visit (10th time to Siesta Key, but first at this location) was fantastic! Perfect location on Crescent Beach and just simply relaxing. The Condo (FINNS) is really nice! Everything from the couches to the beds were actually more comfortable than many high end hotels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family of 4. Finally, the “beachy” decor coupled with beautiful Christmas touches made for a perfect Holiday!

Finn’s is fabulous!

Finn’s was fabulous! Excellent Communication made for a smooth check-in. The condo was clean and cozy with comfy beds. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach supplies, and games. Finn’s is beautifully decorated with cheerful beach decor. There was a thoughtful binder of information and recommendations for transportation, activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fun in the sun

Walking in you get a sense of relaxation. It's decorations say beach house. Very clean inside, kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach was a short walk away. We had beautiful sunsets. Would definitely go back again.

Siesta Key vacation.

Everything is Ok. Good location. But the condo outside is outdated. Laundry room is dirty with bugs that we can not use. Many construction around the building, Sewer smell out side and sometimes you can feel that smell inside the condo for a second. Overall , we enjoy the staying but not 100% for some small inconvenient things.

Great location short distance to beach very quiet. Condo had everything and more. Pool was very clean and sparkling blue. Condo was very clean and had beach towels and cart for beach and umbrellas for beach. Will be coming back

Beautiful Beach Escape

We had a great 4 night stay here and would definitely come back again. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities needed to have a fun and relaxing day at the beach. We did encounter an issue with the AC, however, Maureen addressed it as quickly as possible and was very pleasant in resolving the issue.

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as described and pictured. My daughter and I rented the property for a girls trip and it was everything we hoped for. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was ideal for a quick walk to the beach or a short trolley ride to the Villages. Highly recommend and will be sure to re-rent in the future.

David and I are empty-nesters who love South Florida and everything it has to offer for both living and vacationing. We feel very fortunate to have purchased this slice of paradise and have worked hard to make it homey, beachy and comfortable for all of our guests. We are very excited to share everything special about Siesta Key with each and every one of you.

We have lovingly named our unit "Finns", as it is both a nod to ocean and marine life, but also a remembrance of our beloved 3-legged Golden Retriever "Finnigan" whom we lost this past year.

When we are not working, David and I can be found spending time with family, boating or beaching. We live just 20 mins down the road and have 3 grown children and one beautiful mutt named Sasha. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property due to its proximity to the beach/water and because we saw its potential. Its a piece of old FL history and we wanted to give it new life. After working hard on updates (paint, flooring, furniture, etc) we feel like its the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property gives our guests direct private beach access (without having to cross busy streets), and without the high rental prices that other beach-front communities charge. Its located exactly in the middle of the key and has great access to both North Village, South Village and Turtle Beach.
