3 BED, 2 BATH with LOFT, Sleeps 10, NO STEPS, Boat Slips Available

New floors in 2022! We have taken into account everything that we would like in a vacation home and put it in here because WE STAY HERE TOO! After renting condos at the Lake for over 10 years, we KNOW what vacation renters EXPECT! This is our only property at the Lake so you will have our full attention to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible! Whether you are looking for a family vacation, couples retreat, ladies weekend, golf getaway or just a relaxing time with friends-our condo has something for everyone!!!
This waterfront, 2 Story-Top Floor Unit-3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with loft and vaulted ceilings has a spectacular view of the Lake! Located in a no wake cove, this complex is in the Heart of Osage Beach and close to all activities that the lake has to offer. We are located by water on the 21mm. Close to Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club, Backwater Jacks and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, just to name a few! Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Go Karts, Big Surf Water Park, Timber Falls Indoor Water Park, Miner Mike's (indoor amusement park and go kart track), Bagnell Dam Strip and many others are just a short drive away. The Ledges Condos is a very popular complex at the Lake located in a no wake cove. Offering 2 pools, one of which is located on the point of the property with incredible main channel views. In addition, there is a playground and sandy beach area that everyone ENJOYS! Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the docks!

3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths with Loft (Sleeps 10) 1440 Square ft
This unit was previously on the rental program and has been completely renovated! We wanted to furnish the condo to accommodate large families as well as friends. The END RESULT=a clean, newly renovated condo with everything you can think of that can be enjoyed by all!!!
This unit is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and NO STEPS! Walk across the catwalk from the parking lot to the condo!

The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with private Master Bath (double sinks), walk-in closet as well as a TV with access to Netflix, Hulu & Roku. The Master has a door to the deck and fabulous views of the lake! The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and Roku. The Loft area has 2 Queen size beds, 1 pullout futon and 1 sofa as well as TV/DVD with access to Netflix, Hulu and Roku.

Some of the luxuries you will experience while vacationing in our unit include:

-Flat Panel TVs through-out with Netflix, Hulu and Roku

-From the deck you will enjoy a panoramic view of the lake. Did we mention the SUNSETS from the deck??? BEAUTIFUL! Spend an evening on the deck grilling on our gas grill and watch the boats and jet skis pass by!

We want our guests to enjoy our vacation condo as much as we do! We hope you will have so much fun that you book your return trip with us before you leave!

BOATERS: Our boat slips are right outside the condo and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice boat ramps as well as trailer parking for your boat or personal watercraft. No boat, NO PROBLEM. Aqua Toys and Surdyke are right next door and have boat and jet ski rentals available.

LADIES WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is very close by! The Osage Beach Factory Outlet Village is the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam packed with famous name brand merchandise! The Landing is right up the hill from the Ledges and is a cute village of shops-ideal for a fun filled shopping day at the Lake!

GOLFERS: All of the amazing courses you have heard of at the Lake are just a short drive from our centrally located condo at the Ledges. Bring those clubs and enjoy a day or two or three of GOLF!

ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels.

Kitchen: dishwasher, dish detergent and liquid dish soap, dish towels, trash bags and 1 roll paper towels. Laundry detergent also provided.

Towels, dishes and silverware for 10+ guests.

Pots, Pans, Baking trays, serving bowls, etc. Gas grill on deck.

Quiet Hours at the complex begin at 11pm.

$300 refundable damage deposit will be required and you must be 25 years of age to rent.

*MUST sign owners damage agreement.

Nice house in great location. The pools were nice and beach area. Enough parking was available. There were 2 steps from parking area to bridge but the no steps to get into condo. If you want to go to beach or one pool there are a lot of steps. We were not able to use one of the hide a beds due to being unable to open it. The smoke detectors did not have batteries. The toilets were easily clogged. They need better plungers to be available. Despite those inconveniences we had a great vacation. Host was very responsive.

Lake vacay

Property was cute, clean & had a great location for all activities we wanted to do! We rented a slip as well which was also super convenient to access. The property owner was very helpful and easy to get ahold of! Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great place to stay

We went down for the shoot out last year. Place was clean cold and everything worked as it should. Location was great quit at night and a great time. They accommodated us with our dock requirements as well. Would highly recommend this place for friends a family trip with kids what ever needs are.

This place is centrally located and literally 10 mins from everything you want to do. The place is clean and the kids loved staying in the loft. The owner is super prompt in responding to all messages. We had a great time!

Thank you. We provide 16 towels for our guests to use during your stay. We do not like to do laundry either but when filling the condo with 10 people, it becomes a necessity which is why we provide laundry detergent for that very reason. It is not unusual for it to be 95 degrees at the end of July in the Ozarks. We are sorry to hear your stay was not perfect. We did have a few missing/broken items leftover from your stay and hope we can both do better next time!

Beautiful Condo

This condo worked well for our family of 8. Condo is very clean and updated. Living room has a nice open floor plan with large couch, kitchen is well stocked, and all beds are big and comfy. Walk across from parking lot is helpful. Loved watching the Sunsets from the balcony.

Ledges review

Decor was nice! Sunsets were beautiful on the deck as promised 😁. We bought a few more wash cloths and dishrags to donate as there weren’t enough for the 5 of us, however. The cove was calm and quiet and the condo was conveniently located! We had a nice week on the lake!

Very nice place.

This was a nice place with really good decor. The only thing we found that was not pleasant was really to do with the cleaners. It was dusty in the living room and the counter was cleared off but not clean. The refrigerator could have been wiped out. Great location as we had other family close in other VRBO. We would stay again.

Summer 2023

The condo was beautiful and everything we needed for our week long stay! The only thing I can say that was not up to standard was the cleanliness. While at first glance it seemed clean, the toilets had not been cleaned in either bathroom, and the master tub definitely needs a good scrub. While I’m told the cleaning crew was there prior to our visit, they seem to have done a rush job. But we would definitely stay again!

Thanks Nicholas. I was there prior to your checking in and unfortunately it isn't that the toilets weren't clean it is that they are stained from sitting over the winter. We have tried several different options with the toilets but in the end they need to be replaced. The tub was scrubbed well but is starting to stain also. I went and purchased a special cleaner for the crew to use after you checked out and luckily it worked well to minimize the stains on the tub. Thanks again.

Great place and perfect location

The property was perfect for me and my 6 friends. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to stop at the Walmart about 10-15 minutes away to stock up on food and beer bc It has a full-size fridge and kitchen. We cooked at home a few nights to save money but there's tons of different bar and restaurant option withing 15 minuets. There was also a pool and small beach located on the property, but we didn't use them. We rented a boat from Surdyke's about 8 minutes away and hung out in the lake. There's a dock connected to the property, so it was easy to load our stuff on and off. Overall, it was an amazing vacation.

Family and friend end of summer vacation..Mom ,dad, 2 sons plus 2 friends 21-54 yrs of age...

We loved our condo. The whole complex was great ,2 pools 1 with a great view of lake and the other also has a view and near the beach. Which the beach was nice ,just wish it was alittle bigger. The only problem we had was checking in ..we thought everything was fine but we needed to sign a rental agreement and couldn't get it to go though since we didnt have a computer at the time..Noone reached out to us until i texted the night before , so it gave us a scare that we werent fully checked in..The lock needed to be fixed it was alittle hard to get key to work ..no batteries in remotes to 2 tvs but other than that this place was definitely worth staying super clean and decorated nice ...we loved it and they had everything u needed ❤ the owner worked with me until late at night to get me checked in the night before and responded pretty quickly ...We would definitely stay again

The little kids liked the spiral stairs but the adults worried alot with them going up and down!

We had lots of fun and was a great location for what we needed! Renting the boat dock was a great idea!

Excellent owner, nice condo

You can tell a lot about an owner by the way they respond to an issue. When my family arrived, the cleaning crew had failed to show up to clean after the prior renters. Angelica quickly responded to my message and made it right by calling the cleaners to come immediately, refunded my cleaning cost, and called me to apologize. This is exactly the type of owner I want to rent from! Condo is in a good location, close to the beach and 2 pools. There is just the right amount of decor. It has just about everything you could need on a vacation. Would rent this condo again.

Very nice and conveniently located next to just about everything that we wanted to do.

The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We needed a boat slip at the last minute and she arranged one for us even though their’s was taken already.

Awesome time!

Slight negatives first: please provide adequate amount of kitchen towels, toiletries (paper) and trash bags. Screen door hinge was broken upon our arrival, had to troubleshoot each time opening and closing. Positives: I can't thank the property manager enough for her communication, this makes all the difference in the world. She was available by email, text and phone throughout the process. We have stayed at other condos in The Ledges before and this was probably our favorite due to layout, view, and pool/parking access. Thank you, Angel!
