Varför värden valde detta boende
This is a cool and unusual space completely renovated with a new kitchen and dining room, all new furniture, great new stereo and speakers, a 55 inch TV with surround sound and a comcast flex streamer that will allow you to see tons of shows . The ceiling is 25 feet high and the unit is on the 2nd floor in a building with 7 units. There is a parking garage and a gate operated by a remote so it is quite safe. The neighborhood is gentrifying, lots of condos in the area and very near Emeryville shopping area with lots of stores such as Ikea and home Depot and a large Mall and movie theater nearby. The street is quiet and nice, though honestly it isn't the fanciest neighborhood in Oakland and some people ,ight not be as comfortable as they'd like walking on the street. But the building is safe and enclosed. Its also minutes from the freeway that can take you to san Francisco in about 15 minutes with good traffic or Berkeley or San Jose or wherever you like.
