Beautiful Backyard Oasis Lake House

Beautiful lake home that is perfectly set up for entertaining and socializing with your family and friends. The living space is roomy with several seating areas. Decorated in modern Southwest and pride in ownership is evident. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped backyard with pool and fire pit. All but one of the bedrooms, open to the back patio and lovely pool. There is a nice back patio, master bedroom patio, and a large front covered porch to sit and enjoy coffee on. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans. Located on the south side of town, which is close to the golf course and down town. Plenty of parking on the side of the house for a small to medium sized boat. All amenities such as coffee pot, pans, dishes, towels, iron and washer and dryer are in the home for your comfort. My husband and I really put in a lot of time and effort into making this home comfortable and enjoyable for our family, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We prefer families that are looking to relax and take it easy in our non smoking, non- pet home. Sorry, no parties, we are close to our neighbors and would like to be respectful to them when it comes to noise at night. Garage is locked, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the side of the home as well as on the curb. Pool may be heated for an additional $20 per day. Please note that the pool can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to get up to 85 degrees. Please note that we have a minimum 3 month rental for the months of January through April.

Fantastic House, Great Location

This is a great property to stay at. It is a very clean property with a very nicely done backyard and pool. The location is very close to the lake...we'll be staying here again!

The best place we have ever stayed!

This place is amazing. Extremely well equipped with everything you will need. The pool is always sparkling clean and the home feels like home!! Christina was so wonderful to work with!! She was very responsive and so sweet!! We will be coming back!!!! Thank you Guy and Christina for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Stay at War Eagle

Comfortable stay. Spacious. Nice neighborhood. Could use a few upgrades. Master bed mattress and blinds. Upgrade pillows (get rid of feather - bad for allergies and feathers coming out lol) Ready for spring clean of AHU vents/duct work. Thank you!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and spacious with a beautiful backyard and pool area. Christina was very helpful and accommodating. We are hoping to stay here in the future as we often travel to Lake Havasu.

Great mini vacations

This is a great rental to enjoy with family and friends. House is very spacious and has a great pool. Lake is about 10 min away from house, restaurants close by and groceries stores

Amazing first experience in Havasu

This property was more amazing than the pictures showed. It was perfect for our family and friends. It is exactly what we would look to buy if we were to move to that area. (which after this vacation may be a possibility in the future.) The owners were amazing to deal with and had a great book to help us enjoy some of the highlights of Lake Havasu. Over all 5 stars and will definitely rent this property again!

We have security cameras around the perimeter of the property for the security for both our guest and ourselves. The Arlo system is motion activated system of cameras, which has a spotlight that goes on when it detects motion, but we do not monitor the cameras. I have researched how to turn off the spotlights and have since turned them off.

My husband and I both grew up in Lake Havasu City and were original pioneers arriving in 1971 and 1972. Our little town has sure grown. We now reside in California, but bought this house since we both still feel like this is home. We want our kids to enjoy the lake and this town as much as we have.
