Kom och njut av din semester i denna vackra 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem med nya uppvärmda, pool, (avgifter gäller) och uteplats, utomhus BBQ. Enkel båtparkering. Detta hem har king size-sängar i två av sovrummen, och en queen size-säng i det tredje sovrummet Sängar är alla nya och TV i varje sovrum. Ny soffa i vardagsrummet, Stor lättillgänglig parkeringsplats för din båt och bilar och gatuparkering också. Vattenbassängen har en inbyggd bada i baren. Uteplatsen har en inbyggd grill med stor uteplats täckt område och utemöbler. WiFi och satellit-TV ingår. Detta hem ligger några minuter från sjön, flera golfbanor, restauranger, teatrar, livsmedelsbutiker och London Bridge. (Observera att hyrespriserna är högre för helgdagar och speciella evenemang.) Enjoyed the home a lot. Pool is A+ enjoy coming to the house after a day at the lake and jumping into pool. Kitchen has everything to prepare a meal. Enough parking for our trailer and cars

Great location and beautiful home.

Enjoyed the pool, and everything else that came with the house besides the TV in the main room. The TV was too old and I couldn’t really hear the volume and I couldn’t watch my show on nexflix or hear any other channel.

Best place to stay

Lake Getaway

Property was conveniently located to the marina and allowed pets, which is exactly what we were wanting. Check in and check out process and communications with the property manager were great.

Great home

The location was great for us being 3 minutes from the golf course and 10 minutes from London Bridge where we rented watercraft. The home itself was clean, the pool was refreshing and the grill got use almost every night. The backyard could use some shade as the afternoon sun was strong but that's the only downside. Communication with host was smooth. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

The home was clean and comfortable. Kathie was very helpful and communicated with us immediately and was very easy to work with. The yard was set help very nicely and securely for us and our little dog. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home

Lovely home in a neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The patio/pool area with the pool waterfall was the perfect place to read and relax. This home had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Great accomodation

Great beds We appreciated the coffee and adequately furnished dishes etc. Could have used extra towels since only one set was provided for each of six of us. The opening in the drywall in the master closet had a small diameter opening to the outside—-accessible to bugs? Couldn’t find the fireplace switch or was it deliberately blocked? Was the locked area near the laundry room a powder room?

Exceptional Property

We have been spending Christmas in Lake Havasu for many years. This property is absolutely fabulous. The pool was a joyful experience over the holidays. The house was immaculate and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We are hopeful to enjoy the property next year.
