Koppla av med familj och vänner på detta helrenoverade Sea Captain's 1850-hem. Detta hem ligger på en lugn trädkantad gata med allt du familj och vänner kan behöva för en spektakulär vingårdsupplevelse. Denna designer dekorerade Grecian Revival är gångavstånd till hamnen, restauranger och stränder. På huvudnivån finns ett stort gourmetkök intill en ljus familj med öppen spis. Båda dessa områden har takbjälkar i vintage trä. Ett vardagsrum, matsal (alla med en egen öppen spis), träpanel medierum och kontor slutför första våningen. Det finns fyra sovrum och tre bad på andra våningen (två av dessa sovrum har franska dörrar som leder till en balkong på andra våningen. På tredje våningen hittar du ett stort soligt sovrum / lekplats samt badrum. Separat från huvudbyggnaden ligger en fristående ett sovrum med fullt badrum.

The location of this house was perfect, walking to everything you wanted to do in edgartown! The house itself was huge and immaculately kept. We had 3 families (siblings and their kids) stay here and it was the perfect house. Pool and hot tub were huge bonus and the covered porch was great too. We hung out a lot in the kitchen area and it fit our large family perfectly. The welcome packet had all the information we needed perfectly spelled out for us. When we come back to MV we will Definetely be staying here again!

Family group for MS bike ride

Plenty of room for our group to bbq, rest, and rejuvenate after the MS bike ride around the island. Hot tub was a helpful amenity after the ride once the Caretaker showed up right away to fix a temperature issue. Beautiful rooms with plenty of bedrooms and privacy for everyone. There were plenty of lively gathering spots. Location perfect for a walk to Edgartown as well. Would stay again.

The Perfect Wedding Guest House!

I rented this house for some of my friends to stay during my wedding weekend, and the process couldn’t have been more seamless. The property manager was extremely responsive, the house is in downtown Edgartown so my friends were able to walk to all events, and the rental was very charming & clean. I wish I was able to stay in the house myself!!

Amazing Stay!

Cannot wait to book again. Amazing location, enormous property with everything you could possibly need. Every convenience is available - full cable, wifi, wired home sound system, heated pool, etc. Restaurants, fish market, beaches, etc. are all a quick walk nearby. This is the best rental experience that I have had on VRBO and we will rent again for sure! Don’t hesitate - book and enjoy!

Spacious and comfortable

It’s a lovely property, as evidenced by the photos. Junior, the handyman, was responsive and very kind. The close proximity to Edgartown Center is also a plus.

Gorgeous home and a perfect retreat

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and could not have asked for a better spot. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing, and the house was a very short walk to town. The house is well-kept and beautifully decorated. We hope to stay again soon!

Excellent location and great home!

Stayed here with work friends on a team building trip. It was super clean and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location allowed everyone to do their own thing and eat wherever they wanted. There was plenty of space for privacy or socializing. It was a wonderful trip.

My 50th on the Vineyard

This property is spectacular. It is spacious, well kept, adorably decorated and homey. The location was absolutely ideal as we were able to walk into town and no one had to drive. It was chilly, so we did not get to the beach - but I know that was in a short distance as well. The heated pool and hot tub were beautiful on a brisk fall weekend. There is plenty of room and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. We would all love to go back! Thank you!

Beautiful home in beautiful Edgartown

This is a charming, large house with a great layout for a group: big kitchen space for hanging out, as well as a big dining room and two sitting rooms. It even has an office! The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed, and the location is great. We were there in September, and we really appreciated the hot tub!

Beautiful home away from home with a pool

The house was gorgeous!! Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Very spacious with fabulous outdoor living area made you feel like you had extra room. We enjoyed every meal outside next to the pool. We also loved how close it was to everything. Great location to walk to town and easy access to see the rest of the Vineyard. Plenty of parking for cars. We look forward to staying again!

Lovely New England getaway

My girlfriends and I had the best long weekend at this property. Denise was a lovely, communicative host, and her home is beautiful. Having stayed in Edgartown for many years, I can say that this is a truly prime location — very easily walkable to all of the best restaurants and shops in town, and still a manageable walk to the bay beach (Lighthouse Beach / Fuller St Beach). At the house itself, the pool / outdoor area are absolutely charming and a great space to spend time with a group. The inside of the house was impeccably situated as well. Can’t wait to find another excuse to stay here.

Awesome weekend house!

This property exceeded my expectations! It is within close walking distance of all shops and restaurants in edgartown and the property itself was beautiful. We were able to leave our bags on the porch the day we checked out to go downtown and walk around which was extremely convenient and appreciated! I hope to stay here again in the future!

One of our favorite weekends all year! 10+ location

To say we love this house is an understatement! Perfect for our multi generational large extended family. Amazing kitchen, plenty of space for a large group to gather and additional rooms (office and a den) when someone needs some quiet time. One of the best renovations this realtor has seen. We’ve stayed here before and can’t wait ton come back next year!

MV Girls Getaway

This property was ideally located and ideally set up for a group of 10 women to enjoy all MV has to offer! We couldn’t have chosen a more ideal home to gather together to celebrate our friendship! Loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!
