Nybyggd bostad i Edgartown på ön Marthas vingård inom gångavstånd från Sengekontacket Pond. Möblerna är alla nya, och det finns en stor bakgård för underhållande, liksom att vara på cykelvägen och nära till staten och South Beach. Hemmet ligger i ett högt skogsområde och inom en 8-10 minuters cykeltur eller 30 minuters promenad till centrum av Edgartown med fina museer, restauranger och konstgallerier. Ägaren har nyligen genomfört inredningen och inredningen av hemmet med hjälp av tjänster av en professionell dekoratör och nyligen installerade centrala luftkonditionering och alla nya bänkskivor i granit

Quick weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property! We were on island for a quick weekend getaway and this home was comfortable, clean, and close to everything. A five minute drive into Edgartown and a 10 minute drive to oak bluffs. Communication with the owner/manager was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Good location a couple miles from a very busy Edgartown- nice to sit on the peaceful front porch. Also, great outdoor shower. Great communication and easy check in.

Great home base

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I loved how it’s a short drive from downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven, so we really got to explore the island.

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

The property was a dream- check in/check out and communication were prompt and clear. The house was well laid out for my young family, easy to figure out where things in the kitchen were stored, it was quiet (so great for kids sleeping) and we appreciated all the extras (high chair and pack and play!). Thank you- we will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to the vineyard!

Great location! Nice, clean house!

Our family has been vacationing on the Vineyard for over 10 years now and this home had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet. The owners checked in with us during our stay to make sure that we were satisfied with the property. The location is great and the owners are very helpful and pleasant to work with. We can't wait to return next year!

Great location and great house!

Our family, with two young kids, had a really nice stay before Thanksgiving. The house was clean and well stocked. We were particularly glad to find a large pot and tools for lobsters. We loved the proximity to Felix Neck and Edgartown. The fireplace was a cozy addition on the cool evenings. Couldn't have had a better stay, thank you!

We love this property as it is very close to the bike path and Sengecontacket Pond but also very private as our lost has woods in front and in back and very close to Edgartown Center and Oak Bluffs.
