It's located in a very quiet residence with swimming pool, just a 20-minute walk from the Croisette and the beaches. The apartment is ideal for a holiday with friends or family, and is ready to accommodate 4 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds , two bathrooms (one toilet in each bathroom), with Italian shower, a fully equipped kitchen and with air conditioning where you can relax.
From a balcony you will enjoy a superb SEA VIEW and where you can have the outdoor furniture to relax and have your cup of coffee, meals, aperitifs...

You have access to the SWIMMING POOL of the residence through a flowered park and populated with olive trees.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
