Great location, quiet street, private access felt secure and out-of-the-way of major tourist spot. Host was quick to respond and allowed us to enter a little early since property was ready. Highly recommend the host and property!

The location is exactly what you need to explore the New Orleans area. Public street cars close to use. Close to lots of attractions.The unit is clean, beds are comfortable. Good hot water. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Could have used a couple dish towel.Parking you need to pay for.Ruby slipper right next door for great breakfast or brunch. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Would rate walkable very high.Unit could use some more glasses only had one and two bar glasses. Would rent again.

The place was clean and comfortable with all the necessities. Close to everything like bourbon st, shops, food and drinks. Host communication was great and we had no problems. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal for price and walking distance

I really enjoyed the stay. I did like how close it is to walk to the French Quarter and bourbon street which was accurate on the page and the place has a nice New Orleans feel to it with great brick walls to compliment the style.

Very good communication from the host. Modestly remodeled into two bedroom studio. Lacked bathroom cabinet space, but beds were very comfortable. Proximity to Canal Street was well worth it.

Short getaway

Had a blast.. Easy to find and cute place to stay before boarding the cruise ship! Would definitely stay here again when visiting!!! Host was amazing with responses.

50th Birthday Getaway

The location of this property was perfect. Within walking distance to so many areas of NO. Communication with the owner was excellent. We gave 4 stars because we felt that the unit was not as clean as it could be.

Great location for a good price

The room was very nice, beds were comfy, and the place had everything we needed. Host was quick to answer any questions. We loved the convenience of this location. Parking was not a problem and we were able to park right in front the apartment. But I’m guessing parking would be much harder on a weekend and we stayed 2 week days. If we ever come back to New Orleans we will definitely look this place up again mainly for the affordable cost and convenience of location.

Cute apartment within walking distance of everything. Driving around and parking is hard so once you are there you kind of don’t want to move again unless you have to. There was different types of transportation available for whatever activity you want to do. The owner responded to issues quickly.

Great spot just outside the quarter

This place was like a deluxe hotel room with a kitchen! My only issue is that sound from the other units and hallway is pervasive. The bathroom fan, earplugs and a white noise maker. Other than that, zero complaints. Excellent location, spacious, fair pricing, Thanks, y'all!

Perfect spot to visit the crescent city

This location is amazing and the building is gorgeous! I happen to love this style. There are 3 bodegas within a block or two, and one has ready to heat meals for purchase if you don't enjoy eating out. There is a great little coffee shop about a block and a half away too. They have some pastries. There tons of great restaurants too. Public transportation stops nearby, or you can walk to the French quarter or the garden district easily from this place. We felt safe. There is a laundry room in the building and an elevator I think makes the building handicap accessible. The beds are comfortable, good hot water and decent water pressure. Everything was well stocked and ready upon our arrival. The host has great communication and made sure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for our next trip.

New Orleans Mardi Gras experience

Good location. Be prepared for how loud it will be late into the night during Mardi Gras. Elevator is across the hall and the door and ppl can be heard coming and going. The room had clean towels. Kitchen was wiped. Fridge was clean. Not sure the sheets were clean. Dust and trash behind and under the bed. Even a pair of underwear. Coffee table cubby had green and white mold growing inside from a past spill. I alerted management. All I got was an apology. No offer to send a cleaner or discount.

Only suggestion is to update description where it says there is a porch. This location does not offer that and that was one of the key options I was looking for so we could sit outside and enjoy the night air with our grandson.Overall room was clean. Definitely recommend this location.
