A heated pool and sunny terrace are there for you to enjoy right next to the sand dunes. You have your own front seat to the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf.
The condo, on the 4th floor, provides views of the water( Bay and Gulf) from bedrooms, dinette and lanai. What a wonderful way of starting your day in such beautiful surroundings. The Gulf view is perfectFor cocktails.
You can cook in the well equipped kitchen or catch up on your favorite TV shows on two smart sets incl. Wi-Fi. The condo has lots of closet space and pantry. There is a laundry room on each floor. Assigned parking is underneath the building away from the bright sun.
Conveniently located across from Venice Yacht Club, near Croweâs Nest and the Jetty. Also near Venice Avenue, Restaurants, Stores, Legacy (bike) Trail, Tennis, Library, Lake Venice Golf Course, Fishing Pier, Sharkyâs, and
