CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

1 Week Beach Vacation

The stay was very good overall. There are only a handful of issues we had. 1. We were very clear on having 10 people staying in the condo, yet there were only 8 bath towels. That was a problem for sure.2. The front door sweep was not on the door, so the wind was creating a very load howling while we were trying to sleep.3. The guest bedroom and hall bathroom doors were not latching properly which made it challenging to shut them and lock them.We very much appreciated the crock pot and the closet with sand toys. We replaced the sand shovel as our kids broke yours.Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Family Spring Break

We loved the location and size of this unit. We had two young grandchildren, our adult children and ourselves, so four adults and two children. Plenty of room to eat together inside or on the deck.

Great place, beautiful beaches

Overall the condo was as advertised. Premises were very clean and well kept. For the 4th Floor some pool gatherings could get loud with their music. Well pleased with the condo except it sounded as someone above us was moving furniture late in the evenings and first thing in the mornings.

Great Condo!

My mom, sisters and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and loved it. Pros: - Spacious condo - we didn’t feel cramped (6 adults + 1 toddler). - Lots of seating in kitchen/dining rm/living rm/balcony. - Nicely remodeled finishes (granite, tile, fixtures) - Nice appliances - Nice, new TVs - Balcony furniture was great! A big table we could all eat a meal at plus lounge chairs. We loved having this! Cons - Beds were comfy but some creaked/were noisy. - We could never get the living rm balcony door to lock. We all tried but something might be wrong with it. - The living rm furniture was not very comfortable. It was older and worn. Would love to see new, comfy couches and chairs in the living rm. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay here again. We liked the building and the beach access. They also had a sand mat that extended past the boardwalk, onto the beach that made it so easy to walk. Genius! The pool area was nice. The staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful. The garbage chute was just outside our door - very helpful to not have to walk a long way to throw out the trash. When we arrived the door code wouldn’t work. I texted the on call number for Alabama Getaways and Abby quickly helped get me a new temp code to get us in. I loved how easy that was. Check in was very easy and stress-free! We loved that we were able to check in early - wasn’t expecting that but what a treat! Suggestion: Offer to donate any leftover, unused food/pantry items to a local food pantry. We stayed in a condo once in this area that offered this as an option and we loved it. It saved us from having to pack up what we didn’t use and it’s for a wonderful cause.

Enjoyed stay, but disappointed with condo staff

Had all my kiddos and their significant others in OB for the Shrimp Festival. The beach and the festival were great. However, we were all coming from different places in three cars. Condo was only allotted 2 parking spaces. Went to front desk when we got there and asked for an additional parking pass ($55 each). We were told we couldn’t have one. Next day I went and asked and was able to purchase a third one. So, I guess getting an additional pass depends upon who you ask. Then, Saturday, Alabama is playing Tex AM. My brother, who happened to be in town with his family wants to come watch the game with us. The security gd tells him he can come in for 10 minutes. I go down to the front desk and explain that he is not staying, that he is here to watch the game. Their response…”he’s welcome to come watch the game with you, he just can’t park here”. What the what? How does that work. I looked and without moving counted 15 empty parking spaces. There were spaces by the security shack. So, my brother left. The front desk offered no apology or solution. Just “he can’t park here. I won’t be back to Phoenix 6 or any other Phoenix condo for that matter. All they want is your money. As for the condo, it’s really smaller than the photos indicate. Absolutely no space for food storage. The oven is old and not working well. But, bottomline, we had a great time despite the disappointments. We will go back for the shrimp festival…we just won’t stay here again.

Nice comfy condo

We liked the location. Balcony kind of small. Not a lot of room to move around. We didn't like waterfall by pool so close to us you couldn't hear ocean. But nice pool overall. People nice in building. Good stay

We love the Phoenix 6 amenities and location. The ad said newly renovated but that didn’t seem to be the case at all. Furniture is old and in rough shape. The couches are very dirty and the bed in master is broken and squeaks with every little move you make. The headboard isn’t even attached and sways back and forth. The upstairs owners start moving furniture around 7am and don’t stop banging and scraping across the floor non stop until 10am. Can’t wait to get home and get some sleep. Other than that the property is very nice and clean.

Loved it so much we came back!

We stayed in this property last summer and loved everything about it, so it was easy to choose it for our trip this year. It’s cozy and roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We stayed with my parents and our kids — my parents got the master suite, my husband and I had the queen bed, and my kids had the room with two beds. Being right on the beach was perfect. We could come and go as we pleased. We loved the huge pool and the option to swim in the indoor pool as well. This unit‘s kitchen had everything we needed — drip coffee maker, Keurig, pots & pans, etc. We cooked our own dinner most nights and everything worked great. Check in was super easy and there was a number to text if we needed info or help.
