Experience the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in this beautifully renovated Gulf-front condo. With breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and all the amenities you need to feel right at home, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed for pure relaxation. Whether you're lounging on the beach or strolling to nearby restaurants, this is your ideal home-away-from-home.
This spacious 1,300-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Each of the three bedrooms offers its own en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and inviting decor. The master suite features a king bed, private balcony access with Gulf views, a flat-screen TV, and a large en-suite bath with double vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a walk-in closet. The second suite includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo that's also accessible from the living area. The third suite offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to a second balcony facing north with serene views of Cotton Bayou.
The living room is the heart of the condo, featuring a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with satellite. The open-concept dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need to whip up meals or snacks with ease.
Step outside to the private Gulf-front balcony, where a dining table with six chairs invites you to dine al fresco or simply unwind with a drink in hand and the sound of waves in the background.
When you are ready to venture out of the condo, enjoy the large outdoor Gulf-front pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, or stay active in the on-site fitness room, then soothe your muscles in the sauna. This property is walking distance to the newly remodeled Zeke's Restaurant, Shrimp Basket, City Donut, and Kayden's Candy Factory.

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
