Your health and safety is our top priority. We use products approved by the CDC to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We also have a self-check-in system for added social distancing measures and confidence in your booking.

Make a difference in our island community by booking with us. Each time you book, we donate $10 (equivalent to 40 meals) to the Maui Food Bank to feed those in need.

Inside, the condo features an open floor plan with brand new furnishings, including a 65 inch UHD Samsung TV in the living room and a 45 inch UHD Samsung TV in the bedroom. We also provide free WiFi, parking, and a Pack N Play for your convenience.

The master bedroom includes a King size bed with high-end beddings, a large closet, a brand new dresser, and AC for added comfort. The renovated bathroom has a shower/bathtub, granite counter sink, and a washer/dryer. The living room also includes a brand new sofa bed with a top of the line memory foam mattress for extra guests and a dining table. Beach towels and chairs are also provided for your use during your stay.

Take a break from the beach and enjoy the beautifully kept pool and jacuzzi area or explore the nearby snorkeling, sailing, and other activities. Walk to a variety of shops and dining options, or take advantage of the on-property amenities like tennis courts and BBQ grills. Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $50 per night for each guest exceeding two. Accuracy in listing the total number of guests at the time of booking is crucial to avoid additional charges. If there are any discrepancies, you will be required to settle the additional fee prior to check-in. We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation on this matter.

We appreciate all conversations to be over the platform or Enso Connect. Check in instructions and the door code will be accessible through the Enso Connect provided 24 hours prior to check in. If any issues arise during your stay, we always recommend notifying us within standard business hours (9am-2pm) so we can coordinate help. There may be a possibility scheduling may not all help to come immediately.

Mandatory Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the front desk office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a one-time (for your entire stay) resort fee of $40 (plus tax 4.167%) + Registration Fee of $30. Please note that none of this amount goes to us, but to the resort.

Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Services are performed quarterly. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

✅ Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
✅ Option 2: $129 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
