Welcome to our Bijou Getaways property, part of the distinguished Kamaole Sands resort in Kihei, Hawaii. This condo offers a refined retreat for up to 4 guests with a King size bed and a sofa bed, while accommodating up to 6 guests with an additional air mattress for the extra two.


Important Note for Our Valued Guests:
We wanted to inform you that there will be some construction work taking place in the building until October 7th. The work is scheduled only during business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The construction involves roof repairs on the top floor. Since our condo is on the ground floor, there should be minimal impact on your stay.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To make up for this, we have significantly discounted the price of the condo during this period.
Please also note that while parking is available, it is located 85 yards away from the condo. Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is available to all guests.

Resort Perks: As guests of Kamaole Sands, you have exclusive access to the swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, and outdoor grills. Beach towels and chairs are also at your disposal for days spent by the sea.

Each time you book this unit, we give $10 (that's 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity to feed the hungry living in our island community. By visiting us in Maui, you can make a difference.

Kindly be informed that there is a supplemental fee of $50 per night for each guest exceeding two. Accuracy in listing the total number of guests at the time of booking is crucial to avoid additional charges. If there are any discrepancies, you will be required to settle the additional fee prior to check-in. We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation on this matter.

You will be the only one in the entire condo. It's yours to enjoy :)

Mandatory Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the front desk office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a one-time (for your entire stay) resort fee of $40 (plus tax 4.167%) + Registration Fee of $30. Please note that none of this amount goes to us, but to the resort.


We're excited to welcome you to our property! To ensure you have the best possible stay, we want to let you know about some temporary improvements happening in our neighborhood. There's ongoing construction in the area on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. We're eagerly awaiting the completion date and will update this information as soon as we have it.The good news is that outside these hours, you'll enjoy a peaceful environment with no disturbances. To make your stay even more appealing, we've applied a special discount to our rates during this period.Rest assured, we're committed to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
✅ Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
✅ Option 2: $129 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
