Its entrance leads to a living room with a sofa bed, a 90cm pull-out bed and a flat screen TV.
Its fully renovated kitchen area has 2 hotplates, a hood, a microwave, an electric oven, a SENSEO coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a table top fridge and a dishwasher...
A bathroom with bath, toilet and a washing machine are available.
Take a seat on its semi-covered terrace for a breakfast facing the sea! Enjoy the show!
Ideal place for a romantic, family or solo holiday!
SEA VIEW - PRIVATE TERRACE - PRIVATE PARKING IN THE BASEMENT - NEAR THE BEACH
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
