Entirely on the same level, it consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a flat screen TV and a DVD player, a spacious and equipped kitchen with a 3 burner gas hob + 1 electric, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher...
Then discover the three bedrooms that make up the sleeping area. The first one with 1 bed in 160cm, the second one with 1 bed in 140cm and the last one with 2 beds in 90cm.
The whole is completed by a shower room and an independent toilet.
You will find in the garage used as a storeroom a washing machine and a freezer to store even more ice cubes.
The latter will be very useful when an aperitif will be served on the terrace at the back of the house, equipped with terrace furniture, sunbeds, Chilean and also a charcoal barbecue.
Another positive point? It has wifi access!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
