This charming villa offers you a living room with a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hobs, a mini-oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer section .
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with toilet + a washing machine, on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a mezzanine with a 140cm bed and an attic space for children with 2 90cm beds and a skylight.
Enjoy the sunshine on the enclosed terrace facing the maritime pine forest!
Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, you will be able to have lunch there in complete tranquillity!
TERRACE - TERRACE FURNITURE - CHARCOAL BARBECUE - CAR PARK RESERVED FOR RESIDENTS - PETS ALLOWED - CLASSIFIED 1*.
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 ⏠per day or 39 ⏠per week within the limits of available stock
