Berry Luxury Retreat is the perfect place to bring family and friends together of up to 20 guests.
The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away.
The most common feedback we receive is "the photos online just don't do the place justice"
We look forward to your booking with us, to experience a stay that is more than just special.
LOCATION
Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block.
GUESTS
Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 20 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas.
HEATED POOL
Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas.
HOT TUB
Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax.
WOOD FIRE DINING
Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge.
UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING
Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.
FIRE PIT
Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied.
KIDS PLAY GROUND
Located in a beautiful part of the backyard.
GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ
Get back to the grassroots of cooking a BBQ over a wood fire BBQ or simply relax and chill out in the gazebo.
DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING
Berry Luxury Retreat would not be a luxury stay without a full ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system to ensure that you stay in comfortable all year round.
WATER
Instant filtered cold, boiling hot or sparkling water on tap. No need to bring bottled water.
COFFEE
Wake up every morning to the smell and taste of an amazing coffee from our Jura S8 coffee machine and supplied coffee beans.
MUSIC
Enjoy a state of art 7 speaker SONOS sound system graciously installed throughout the house indoor and outdoor areas.
VIEWING PLEASURE
All Bedrooms with King Beds have a 4K Smart-TV installed along with the Adults Retreat and Kids Rumpus.
KITCHEN
Fridge with automatic ice maker, twin dishwashers and wide 900mm oven
FITNESS
Yoga mats, kettlebells, fitness ropes supplied to keep the gym junkie at ease

This property is simply stunning, the landscaping is as impressive as the house itself. This property was the obvious choice when we both decided to create accommodation for people who want to be seriously impressed, a true holiday away from home.
