1 living/dining room with TV, sofa overlooking balcony - SEA VIEW -
1 equipped kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 3-ring induction hob, dishwasher -
1 bedroom with 2 single beds SEA VIEW with balcony, TV, and en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and toilet -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with TV and adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet -
Mezzanine (attic): 2 single beds -
LINEN INCLUDED (sheets, towels, tea towels). WIFI. Many free public parking spaces in front of the Residence. Gas central heating. Washing machine drying in common room. Cot and high chair available free of charge on request and according to availability. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (if allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (final cleaning, ... etc.).
Rental by the fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
