Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you and your family had a fun vacation and enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the elevators. We understand how frustrating longer wait times can be, especially when you’re trying to make the most of your time enjoying the resort and surrounding area. During busy periods, elevator traffic can increase significantly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for another great vacation in the future!

Big resort with lots of amenities. We had a very nice stay and had no complaints. One thing I would say is that the elevators are busy so be prepared to wait for them.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. Getting to our room each day was slow because there were only two elevators and the demand was tremendous! The furniture in the condo could use some updating. One of the chairs for the dining table had a defective leg. The second bedroom needs a blackout curtain on the window because the light outside comes right in the window even with blinds closed! It was like daylight in the room all the time!! I think the pool areas could use a really good scrubbing!! Having the washer and dryer in the condo was a godsend!! All in all we would stay there again.

Nice Condo. Pretty well stocked. The view is very beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The rental company was very easy to communicate with and made things easy for us!The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is broken, which did not bother me but I know it can be a deal breaker for some to sleep without a fan.The living room TV would not connect to the internet but eventually it did. The parking is across the street and its a long walk to the elevators. The donut shop was very convenient and the food was good but the staff was RUDE which had nothing to do with this particular condo just thought it was worth mentioning.
