Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. Living room with pellet stove, TV, and DVD player (NO WIFI).
One bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, a bathroom with two showers, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed. A large dormitory with six 90x190cm single beds. A separate toilet.
300mÂČ enclosed garden with no overlooked views, including a wooden deck, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.
4 private parking spaces and a bicycle storage area.
