This is an unprecedented estate in the most exclusive part of Rockport, the southern tip of Key Allegro, and very family oriented neighborhood. On Bluefish Lagoon (where the dolphins dance every day), this amazing custom home has open bay views from almost every room.
Backyard pool is heated.
Restaurants and businesses are open and fishing guides are ready for the crowds. Support Rockport in style!
This amazing 4,800 sqft home boasts a boat lift, an elevator, two bars, a fireplace, a game room, all newly outfitted. We sleep 14 people comfortably in 6 regular bedrooms and 2 tiny bunk bedrooms.
Upon entering the upper living area, guests will see uninterrupted views of the ocean through windows that cover the entire back side of the house. The stunning remodeled living area will guide guests to the bar, dining, and kitchen areas that is home to top-of-the line appliances and amenities.
The elevator is conveniently located next to the front door.
The house will stock enough towels for each guest with a few extras, and laundry detergent. The kitchen will have 2 rolls of paper towels, several kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, a box of trash bags, cook wear, knives, pots and pans, bake wear, spices, coffee, sugar and creamer. Each bathroom will be stocked with 4 rolls of toilet paper and a hairdryer.

We have several primary rules:
1) We do not allow loud outdoor music. A small Bluetooth speaker at reasonable levels is okay during daytime hours. Outdoor quiet time in the neighborhood is 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. It is important that our guests understand that we do have neighbors and we reside in a property owners association. It is important that we are respectful of them.
2) Parking is not allowed on the street per city ordinance.
3) Fraternity, Bachelor-style, weddings or large gatherings are prohibited. Groups that misrepresent the nature or size of their party will be asked to leave.
4) All fish cleaning needs to be done at the fish cleaning station on the dock. Please do not clean fish or shrimp inside the kitchen.
We monitor exterior noise levels to ensure that your group complies with the rules.
