KELLY 2025 VACATION

Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions

Nice weekend getaway with friends and family

This vacation rental has all amenities as described, good for large groups. The location is convenient with nearby access to lively restaurants and Rockport beach. Our party had a fun weekend stay at this place.

Great place

This place was great for our large family. We had plenty of room for everyone inside and out. It was very clean and had all the amenities a group of this size needs. The owners were very friendly and helpful with questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place and we would love to come back again.

Fun under the sun

Huge home. Lots of space. Beautiful views. Our family enjoyed so much we want to return again. Home was very clean. So much space for our vehicles to park. We enjoyed the pool and Beautiful sunsets. Fishing was awesome caught a few fish. Strongly recommended.

Great BUT

Beautiful home, well furnished. We were hoping it was closer to the beach. There were signs posted everywhere… if you move the chair, it’ll cost you $100; or, if you don’t put it back where you found it, it’ll cost you $50. Everywhere I turned, signs saying I would be charged if I did this or didn’t do that. I couldn’t enjoy the place for fear of doing something that I shouldn’t. The house is truly one of the best that we have spent a summer vacation; but, I would not go back because of the posted cost signs all over the property.

Annual Wobbly Wroad Wrunner Trip

In the past 20 years, our group of 11 senior adults has stayed in many properties around the country. Rarely does the property exceed the expectations of the pictures and description on the website, but this beautiful home sure does!! The house is everything you could want-- it's exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped, and very spacious with great outdoor areas. Each couple had its own bedroom and bathroom-- comfortable beds and pillows, quality linens, and lots of super plush, thick towels! The kitchen has top of the line appliances, pots and pans, cooking utensils. and plenty of room for several cooks! The dining table seats 12 comfortably and we all enjoyed being together at the same table for meals, visiting, and playing games. The home is located on Little Bay, so you have privacy and are not looking across a canal at a neighbor, and the best parts of the property are the ample outdoor spaces. We spent most of our time on the decks watching the porpoises, pelicans, laughing gulls, and beautiful sunsets. Some of the men even enjoyed fishing off the deck, and the ladies enjoyed the hot tub. During our stay, Rockport had a cellular tower go down, so we had no TV or internet for most of the week, but that was a city-wide problem and not the fault of our host, Roxana, who was very responsive to all our inquiries throughout the week and kept us fully informed about the outage problem. This home was almost perfect for us... add an elevator and it would have been! Getting our coolers, suitcases, and groceries up the stairs was a bit of a hassle for us old timers, but we managed. All in all, this is a spectacular place for a large group of adults to kick back and enjoy some quality time together! Our group was in full agreement that this was one of the nicest properties that we have ever rented. A big thank you goes out to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with the Wobbly Wroad Wrunners!

Kitchens inside and out were good no sharp filet knives for cleaning fish so we got our own. Hot Tub was not hot so we contacted owner and they fixed it. It was all due to internet down so once that was fixed we had hot tub and pool and our TV back on !!

If you’re on the fence about renting this property, just DO IT! The house is BEAUTIFUL, kitchen is very well equipped, outside kitchen was perfect for our big fish & shrimp fry, kids had a blast night fishing off the back deck……I could go on & on but I highly recommend this property!!

The house is epic and very accommodating. Decks on all levels, bathrooms for each room and a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen made this stay very worth every minute. The sunsets are beautiful, we took advantage of all the amenities. This house is perfect for large families.

Great house for a large group

Had a wonderful time staying at this house. Great set up for a large group and we really liked that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Common areas were spacious. It had all the kitchen stuff for a big group. Owners were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help with something. Overall very clean and tidy house, just need to make sure that housekeeping does a little bit better sweeping some of the floors. Great location, pool was so nice and we enjoyed fishing from the deck. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Rockport with a large group.

Spectacular house & views

The house is beautiful, has amazing views, and has everything you might need. We didn't have to bother with the dolphin excursion because there were two dolphins that played right off the dock at the house. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and paddle boards. The dolphins even came around when we were paddle boarding. The guys enjoyed fishing and the girls enjoyed the boutiques in town. We grilled some at the house and tried some great local restaurants. It was a great family trip and we would highly recommend this property.
