Great location!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very easy to walk to everything that we wanted to do in the area.If you’re a light sleeper, you may have issues with the train going by late night and the church bells 1st thing in the morning.

Weekend trip

The cottage was super cute, great location, everything we needed. The only item to note is that due to the homes age (which is part of its character), the bathroom toilet area is very snug. It worked fine, but I do think it is to be noted if you have any above average sized folks joining you. Had a great location, walkable to many things, including Saturday Farmers Market.

Adorable cottage, close to everything

We had such an amazing time in this adorable cottage. We walked to everything and were able to come back in the afternoon and relax on the front porch in the rocking chair gliders. Host is very responsive and gave great suggestions on things to do. There is also a binder with favorite spots! Highly recommend 10/10!!

Great Cottage for Getaway Weekend!

Cute cottage in a perfect location! Walking distance to all things Southern Pines! Very clean!! Bathroom a little small but part of the charm of the house! Great front porch to enjoy coffee, a cocktail, a good book! Love how the old charm of the cottage was preserved with updated amenities!

Will definitely return

House was exactly like pictured. Not disappointed at all. Even walked into flowers in a vase for my birthday from the Host! Bed, pillows, blankets, towels were perfect & well stocked! Quick walk to all the restaurants & shopping! The train whistle at 9:35pm each night just made me smile. Love the little town atmosphere with the tracks in the center of it all. Spent a lot of money shopping & eating!!!! Will stay in this house again when coming back!

Perfect Location! Cutest, most comfortable cottage we’ve ever stayed in!

We loved this cottage. It was close to all of the great restaurants, shopping and bars in Southern Pines! We had more fun here than our usual pre-NYE spots of Boone, Asheville and Wilmington. The house is one street from the main part of downtown Southern Pines, but is still so quiet. We slept great both nights! The house is perfect and provides all the comforts of home! Thank you so much!

Perfect spot for Pine Needles tournament

We loved our stay. Excellent communication and response with the owner. Loved the craftsman touches and old southern touches that show parts of old Pinehurst and Southern Pines area charm. We were in town for a golf tournament and were within 7 mins of the Pine Needles. We walked to dinner nightly and the Southern Pines shops. This was perfect for us.

A real gem

This is the second time I have stayed in Camellia Cottage. One could not ask for a more perfect accommodation. It is located in a very nice neighborhood only a few blocks from the charming Southern Pines downtown. There is a driveway which makes unloading the car as well as safe parking quite easy. Both times I have stayed at the Cottage, it has been clean and beautifully stocked 
so much more comfortable than a motel. Host Angela is a delight to work with. She goes out of her way to be helpful and responds quickly to any communication. This Cottage will be my top choice whenever I am headed to Southern Pines,

Location, location, location

Southern Pines is a great town, perfect for our 2 week holiday. The house is a 5 minute walk from downtown and therefore close to restaurants and shops, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Our host quickly got us access to some tv channels, but no cable was available on arrival - the ad now says "no cable", but didn’t at the time we booked. We have never had that situation before. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par. I am sure the hosts can remedy that with the cleaning service.

Exceeded Expectations

Stayed here with my father for a short golf trip. Was plenty of space for myself and him. Fantastic location conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping. Any golf course in the area you want to play is no more than 15-20 minutes away from this property. Property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend this property if you have a small group or travel as a couple.

Local business owners, we have lived in Southern Pines and Pinehurst for most of our lives. Visiting here, you will see why this is a great place to be!

Location, location, location! Guests will be walking distance to some of the areas best restaurants, bars, breweries, wine bars, shops and the downtown park. Also minutes to the famed Pinehurst Resort and golf courses!

One of the many great things about Camellia Cottage is it is set in a quiet neighborhood, but a few blocks from area restaurants and shopping and the very idyllic Town of Southern Pines Downtown. Also within a few blocks is the local brewery, wine store and Growler store with several of North Carolina's best breweries on tap! The convenience of this location allows you to enjoy all that this beautiful town has to offer. In addition, there is a newly renovated downtown park and playground 2 blocks away with seasonal events and Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
