One bedroom condo with curtained french doors for privacy. Balcony off livingroom/kitchen area. Top floor, AWESOME VIEW with windows facing east, best for sunrise viewing. Glass table on balcony with 4 chairs. Have a seat & watch the sunrise. Shower stall has a built-in corner seat with glass doors, shower wand with extended hose & 5 different jet settings. Brand new ROKU TV to watch your Netflix account or catch up with some local programming. Free WiFi.
We're located in the residential area of Clearwater Beach. Our gated pool is open 9am to sunset. Across the street or a walk down the street are beach merchandise stores, gift shops, a small grocery store, restaurants, a sports bar, a tiki bar, a beach bar or mini golf. You can fish off our private pier or try the public fishing pier off Pier 60. Walgreens & CVS are in the business area off the roundabout on north beach.
For a less crowded beach day, try the local favorite on the other side of Sand Key Bridge, itâs Abu Seba Beach. A 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the start of Sand Key Bridge. A 10-15 minute walk across the bridge takes you to that gem of a beach. Bring your camera while youâre walking over the bridge, it has amazing views, day & night! Youâll see dolphins, tropical birds, sailboats & sunsets.
If you want to find out what all the fuss is about with the award-winning Clearwater Beach, if you want the crowds, with lots to do, tasty food, music, events, activities, entertainment, boat rides...then you want the north side of the beach! Itâs a 15â20-minute walk to Pier 60, next to the marina and the roundabout. Iâll be sending you the hidden beach shortcuts in your welcome email!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My condominium is on the residential end of the island. It has the intercoastal waterway in the backyard, one end of Sand Key Bridge across the street, a residential subdivision on the left & the business district on the right.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
A car is not needed; everything is within walking distance. To go island hopping, just take a short ride on the inexpensive yellow Jolly Trolley or blue Beach Trolley/bus.
During the day walk to the beaches, restaurants, stores, miniature golf, ice cream shoppes, get a manicure, pedicure, work out at the gym across the street, visit the library on north beach.
After dark you might go down the street for nightlife entertainment or listen to live bands at the beach bars along the sandy beaches.
When you're finished doing the touristy things, come back to the condo on the residential side of south Clearwater Beach. Relax on your balcony, swim in the pool, have some drinks poolside with a good book or some music, cook on the BBQ or just sit on the pier, look for dolphins & quietly daydream.
