Ciboney Condominiums ligger vid 2076 Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin Florida 32550 (kallades Old 98) Privat Gated Beach Walkover för denna 4: e våningen "penthouse" villa med 2 sovrum plus en 3: e separat våningssäng rum. Byggd 1999. Kunde sova upp till 8 personer med en king size-säng i master, 2 enkelsängar i 2, 2 våningssängar i 3: e säng / våningssäng rum skulle vara perfekt för 2 barn och drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Underbar utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Beläget nära restauranger, strandpark, waverunners, kajaker, solstolar och parasoller i det lugna området East Destin. Mindre än 150 meter till den privata stranden och gated dune walkover tvärs över 2 lane beach road (30 mph) kallas Scenic Gulf Drive.

Super plats för hela familjen eftersom det är halvvägs mellan Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard och de unika butikerna Sandestin och Destin Commoms för gals och fiskecharterna och 7 Destin golfbanor för killarna, plus Big Kahuna Water Park och The Track Amusement Park för barnen, men ändå borta från all trafik i centrala Destin.

Jody was friendly, professional and quick to respond. This home was such a gift for our family of 6 - everyone got a bed, we were able to enjoy meals together and it was so close to a gorgeous, private beach! We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing condo

We had everything we needed and the stores and food was so close . The condo was perfect, the beach wasn't crowded and it was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay. Communicate with host was top notch. Super clean and amazing access to beach. Lots of room. Condo has everything even beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend. Will stay again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful!

The property was clean and perfect for our family of 6. You could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jody was a great host and the house came with everything you needed. Will be staying there again!

Some friends and I stayed for a few days and found the property to be clean and comfortable, close to shopping, and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was a positive experience. Would rent again

Wonderful vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Beach across the street. There will be a good bit of stairs to go down to get to the beach from the gate at street level. The pool on the property is very nice. We enjoyed the quiet nature of the location seemed to be very family friendly. We would stay here again.

Relaxing Week

Happy place

Place was neat and clean, easy access to the private beach. We spent most of the time at the beach so only used the place for breakfast, showers and sleep time. TVs at night time.

Perfect vacation!!

Our family had an incredible spring break. The Condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed. Jody was available to answer any and all questions that we had during our stay. The condo complex is older, but well maintained. The location is PERFECT!! We will Definitely return to Ciboney!!

Overall great stay!

Easy booking, Jody was always in touch and helpful with everything to make the stay go smoothly. A few things could have been done as far as cleanliness like some dishes weren't scrubbed before wash (last people who stayed), oven door had something sticky that ran down and dust but overall nothing horrifying. We just rehashed some stuff and wiped some things down. View was great, very short walk to the beach which was fantastic. Community was nice, very close to many attractions and restraunts. Thank you Jody for letting us stay at your condo. We had a great time and memories to last a lifetime.

Fabulous week

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed for a week of fun in the sun. It was nicely decorated. It was a perfect home away from home! We would certainly stay there again. Owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Make sure you have a parking "permit" visible in your dash or you will get a bright orange sticker affixed to your car. Ray (the owners father) literally lives across the fence and is able to come immediately if there are any problems.

Check in was a breeze! The place very clean and put together when we got there. We primarily cooked our meals there and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The closets also had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our young kids to play with, which was a pleasant surprise! The location is truly close to the beach. Just a short walk and you’re there! Overall, this was a great place to stay. One of the rooms does have bunk beds (as seen in the photo’s) but without side rails, our younger kids could not stay in that room. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. Jody was also great! She even called in the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My father, Ray moved to Destin in 1979 and we followed him thereafter to the newly discovered town of Destin. We fell in love with it and thought of it as a hidden gem. Now known to the world we have decided to share our joy with others. Jody lived in Destin from 1991- 2002 and now goes there about every 3 months to work on the rental properties and see old friends.

We are located on the more quiet area of Scenic Gulf Drive where many tourists fail to get to and miss the best part of Destin. Close to shopping , restaurants, groceries, everything you will need for your stay.
