Denna vackert inredda, uppdaterade lägenhet på 4 våningar i det önskvärda samhället Ciboney, erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet samtidigt som du får en underbar utsikt och enkel tillgång till vår egen privata sträcka av Destins berömda smaragdvatten och kristallstränder.

Steg in i den kylda kaklade korridoren med sina lugnande tropiska toner och du går direkt till vardagsrummet med plattskärms-TV. Det ljusa vita, luftiga köket har nya bänkskivor med granit och underbar diskbänk och en frukostbar med plats för tre. Matbordet har plats för ytterligare sex, så det finns gott om plats för familjen middagar tillsammans.

Efter en dag på stranden eller middag på Pompano Joe, kom hem för att vila i ett av de snyggt uppdaterade sovrummen. Två sovrum har king size-sängar och sovrummet har en utflykt till balkongen d��r du kan vakna upp till det panoramiska havslandskapet. Det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar och det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Denna enhet är perfekt för familjer som reser tillsammans, en killes golfresa eller en flickvän. Enheten är komplett med en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. och alla rum har TV.

Ciboney community är perfekt för husdjur. Det finns stora gräsbevuxna områden och trottoarer för att promenera längs vid våra vackra stränder.

Allt du behöver är i närheten, inklusive Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk och alla de olika attraktionerna i Destin. Det finns verkligen något för alla. Från konst och kultur till ekoturism, från bra mat till snabba bett, från sport och äventyr till shopping och spa. Destin-området har allt !!!

Har du någonsin utforskat Choctawahtachee Bay? Du hittar oändliga vattensporter och uthyrning på Baytowne Marina i Sandestin Resort. Eller ta en middagskryssning på Solaris. Excellent condo for our family! Beach access was awes. We will be returning next year!

The property was very clean and had all the amenities to make our family vacation a hit. We highly recommend staying here. Had gorgeous views and was very spacious.

Great Stay!

My family had a great stay in Audrey’s condo. The location was wonderful, the place was very clean with a pretty ocean view, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location/ not overcrowded

Was everything and more than we expected. Clboney is always our choice to stay in Merimar Beach. Great clean spacious condo wi th cooking utensils. Just bring your favorite spices. Easy check in process, safe area, beach was a 2 min walk across the street. We had an amazing view of the beach and gulf from the large patio deck. We will be back next year.

Location is prime!

Door to condo was located right off elevator and stairs and there were carts to bring your luggage up. Everything you needed was in the room, except beach towels and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to dining, shopping and the beach. Property mgmt was very responsive when contacted. I’d highly recommend and if we need to stay again, I will look for this property.

Third Bedroom isn't a bedroom

And the bunk room is a closet not a bedroom. Can't get dressed in there or anything. Its a closet.

Great place to stay

Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay how ever if you have a pet that barks excessive or aggressively even though it’s pet friendly you will get a note on your door. I got a note saying if my dog didn’t stop barking they will call the authority and will pay a $200.00 fine mind you they had other dogs there barking also. That note on my door I wasn’t happy about it. It was my dogs first day getting settled after he was fine. To me that is not pet friendly. I have a Maltese dog he will bark if he hears noises ect like other dogs. I think it was someone that lives there that left the note. I will let my pet stay with someone or bring him to his vet for boarding next time. That was the only bad experience about this place. We had amazing weather and walking distance to the beach was great.

Nice accommodation but construction not revealed

We enjoyed the apartment that we stayed in. It was clean, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. View was nice! We liked the location close to the beach and the private beach access, which was much less crowded then the surrounding beaches. Even though they stated we would need to replenish supplies at some point during the week, we were surprised there was not any extra trash bags (Just one), no sponge for dishes, and 1 paper towel. They did not have storage containers (except a random 1 or 2) to keep food in the fridge. The oven shorted out on Sunday (day 2) and I texted agent and no response >24 hours, so reached out again Monday. She sent a maintenance person who fixed it. But if she responded and called and let us know where the circuit breakers were located, then we could have quickly fixed and avoided having someone come out. Also, the building was under construction with loud noises starting 830am and there was debris with nails outside our door for hours without being picked up. For the price we paid, I would have expected more supplies, storage containers, a heads up about the construction, and a response <24 hours addressing the problem with our oven.

Beautiful Property

Very nice property with a view to the west of the beach. It has easy access to the beach within 5 minutes or less. The condo has a full size washer and dryer. The listing gave us the perception that the bunk bed was a full lower and twin upper. It is a twin lower and upper and very tight quarters. Everything else met our expectation except for the cleanliness of the tile floors. The tile had been swept but had not been mopped in some time as it not only would turn the bottom of my white shocks black but also our bare feet. This is unsatisfactory. We were told we had to make sure to do an initial cleaning by sweeping the floors or pay an additional cleaning fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee charged at time of rental. Because of the cleaning fee charged, mopping the floors after each guest should be standard. I could have mopped but did not come to vacation to mop. We did sweep the floor numerous times as any beach destination will bring in sand. We did not mind keeping the sand swept up. I will also add that the property was under going new ownership. I am sure the new owner will keep a better check on the cleaning agency used between renters. Overall, we will check available properties at this location for our return visits.
