This new construction Shock Hill Mountain Modern home is located in the Shock Hill Overlook with private access to the Gondola Mid-station. From the mid-station you can ride down to town, or up to the ski area.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. This home has an air circulation system for humidity control. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

Buena Vista private airport 90 minutes away with amazing easy scenic drive to house. Fly your private jet to the Rockies and stay with us via Central Colorado Regional Airport AEJ.

The Denver Airport is 105 miles away and private transportation can be coordinated.
