Great place to stay right off the main street

We had an awesome time in Breckenridge staying at Apres on French St. The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or heading into town for a bite to eat. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived, no issues at all. Thanks!

Generous walk-to-town comfort with just enough luxe

Wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for our family. Lots of space greatly supplied would all the right cups, glasses and mugs. We walked most everywhere, close to the gondola and Main Street. We had small children so, I recommend to bring their entertainment. Very clean, updated and such a great stay for the week we were there. I didn’t think I would like this but I did feel taken care of my the management company. They checked on us about every day or so, to see if we needed anything. When we had a question on how something worked, almost immediate response everytime. Great home for one or two families.

Ski trip

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

This was a cozy well appointed house close to town and easily within walking distance of downtown and all we wanted to do. Great family space to all hang out and have dinner.

Great location and accurate posting

Had a great stay in apres on French. Check in was seem less, house was well equipped, and rental company was attentive. The location is perfect. Just far enough to feel private while close enough for easy walk to main/gondola.

Convenient location, wonderful property!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home which is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Breckenridge. Great Location. Beautiful property

With room for all 14 of us, this home was perfect for a three night get a way. Convenient and with in walking distance of the ski lift, downtown and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working and the boiler went out BUT the management company did a fantastic job to make sure we were warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent VRBO

Place was super clean/updated! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need (including crock pot and Sharp knifes which are always had to come by at vacation rentals). Walking distance into town and to the gondola to take you up to go skiing. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Girl’s Weekend

River Ridge Management went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had a great weekend. I was notified last minute that the house we were supposed to stay in didn’t have hot water. Instead of leaving us without a place to stay, River Ridge upgraded our stay to a bigger and absolutely gorgeous home. Communication was wonderful throughout the duration of our vacation. We felt taken care of and we were so thankful.
