Bedroom 1 has a full size bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, a office work desk and chair- this bedroom shares a bathroom located in the hallway space. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with its own allocated bathroom, with a shower stall and a single sink. A paved driveway for parking or you can park on street. Home has central air conditioning, solar power and on demand hot water from a tankless water heater. The owner a local Realtor lives onsite but is often traveling (please reach out directly for dates). Every room in the house has its own television and is equipped you tube tv... 2 ride share bikes are included for use to check out the bike trail or head to local bars and restaurants!
