Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — what you described is unacceptable. We’ll arrange an immediate pest-control inspection and treatment and a full deep clean of the unit and balcony. Maintenance will be asked to prioritize the hot tub repair and to inspect plumbing/drains to address the sewer and shower odors. We’ll also inspect the king mattress and replace it or provide another suitable solution, and clean/deodorize kitchen appliances and drains. We take this seriously and will review our cleaning and maintenance procedures to prevent these issues going forward. Please message us through Vrbo so we can review your stay and prioritize a resolution.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the condo matched the description and you enjoyed the balcony views. Great to hear the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and the washer/dryer and TVs were useful. Happy the pools and fitness room met your needs. Thanks for the parking tip about using higher floors with a large vehicle and for noting the elevators on each end and in the middle. We’d love to host you again.
