This was a great staycation in our own city. Francky was our host and provided great customer service and timely response to any questions we had. The home was just as described and we loved the rooftop. Great experience! I would give our stay 5 !

This property was an excellent find in Memphis. The fact that it was walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see such as Beale St and Civil Rights Museum was so convenient. The property was as advertised in the listing and it had all we needed. Older folks and people with disabilities should pay attention to the many stairs. Beds were comfy and we definitely loved the rooftop patio. I initially wanted to bring my little dog but changed my mind at last minute but I wouldn’t have found the place if I hadn’t looked for pet- friendly place. We really enjoyed our time there

This condo was in an excellent location. Only 10 minute walk to Beale St. Plenty of dining options blocks from condo. 2 minute walk to the national civil rights museum and the Hotel Lorraine. Condo was spacious and clean. Maybe explain where the garbage goes. Didn’t have any garage cans in garage or nearby.

Pleasant Stay

The area is very close Beale St and restaurants which makes it very convenient of not having to drive to get there. The home itself is well kept.

Family Weekend

We had just a couple hiccups during our stay but communication was EXCELLENT and our issues were quickly resolved. The location was outstanding as it allowed us to walk to many of our favorite spots.

My sisters and I stayed for 4 nights at this awesome rental! We really LOVED the rooftop deck. We had coffee every morning and drinks once the sun went down (there were heat advisories the entire time we were there). It is very convenient to most of the iconic things to visit in Memphis, Beale St, Earnestines & Hazels (the most haunted bar in the US), The National Civil Rights Museum. Across the street is Old Dominick's Distillery where we had awesome Old Fashions. One Block down is Gus' Fried Chicken, SOOOOO good, a bit spicy. A block and a half down is Hive which is a good place for bagels and pastries. Not far away is Sunrise Memphis.... a MUST go to for breakfast!! Central Ribs was really good ribs & sides. Automatic Slims was really good, we went on a Monday night & they had 6 Martini's and the dinner was french kiss good! As you can see, it is located perfectly!!I will say, if you can't do stairs, this VRBO might be tough for you. We are three older ladies and we managed and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Memphis. There are 48 stairs from the garage to the roof top. The garage and one bedroom are on the first floor. One landing up is the front door. The second floor is the half bath, kitchen, living/dining area with a pool table. The third floor are two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. From there you go up to the wonderful roof top.

Best Location for Fun

We loved this Vrbo and have already told many of our friends. It was not only very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was in safe walking distance to everything!! Thank you for a great Memphis stay!!❀❀

Spacious and clean!

We enjoyed staying here! The space is updated and clean. It’s an easy walk to Beale St and many restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The attached garage parking is a big plus!

Friends Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very responsive and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to Beale Street and we felt perfectly safe walking. It was nice to have the garage parking. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place and location

A few blocks from Beale St, MLK Museum, Central Barbecue and the Riverwalk. Francky was quick to respond when I had a question. And our place was clean with all the amenities.
