This 2 bedroom two bathroom tropical bungalow is located in the heart of beautiful St. Petersburg FL. Only 10 minutes to sunny white sand beaches, our bustling downtown, or the eclectic Gulfport.


Fully renovated in 2020 everything is brand new! Contemporary furnished cozy home with a private fenced in yard with a covered deck and screened in lounge.. The house includes a queen bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom can be used for a remote work space and includes a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The bungalow has fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. Relax in the backyard with a cup of coffee on the chill lounge outdoor living room set and listen to the birds in this tropical paradise. This bungalow is the perfect vacation getaway.

A good time in St Petersburg

Great property and location. Central for the Sun runner bus. A few minor issues were immediately resolved. Back yard may need a bit of a tidy up/attention. Would definitely stay again. Shaun

Perfect spot for staying for St Pete Sailing Regattas

The place exceeded expectations, particularly for the price. Extremely well outfitted and great crash pad, place to relax and socialize. Owner was very responsive to every need or question. Will be looking to return next year!

Disappointed

This property looked great online but it is in a transitional area so it can appear to be a bit sketchy. Instructions for the property were woefully lacking, including the failure to explain the dual lock system, which caused us to be locked out! Kitchen is also under equipped. Bathrooms very small & tight so tough to maneuver for showers. Property was clean & property manager was responsive to our needs.

The property is exactly as shown, very clean and nice details at the home.

Backyard was pleasant to sit and have coffee and get work done while enjoying the weather and birds. Great location 10 minutes to downtown St Pete for shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes other direction to beach. Trish very responsive to any requests and property very well maintained. Definitely would consider renting again.

Disappointed

The house itself was beautiful! Fully updated. The furnishings were well thought out. However, the major disappointment was the neighborhood. It was very sketchy. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when we came back from a beach outing, and there was police activity 2-3 doors down. Aside from that, there was little things that bothered me. For example, I went to get a knife out of the drawer to use and it had food on it. The container that held the forks, spoons and knives in the drawer wasn’t the cleanest. And to make matters worse, there was an unbelievably bad smell that came from either the garbage disposal/trash receptacle under the cabinet. The house isn’t that big, so the smell permeated the kitchen and living room. The house didn’t allow pets, which is was a plus. However, there was dog/cat toy beneath cabinet right next to dishes. I was turned off. We checked out 2 days early.

Amazing

Everything in this house is pretty much brand new. Everything was clean to perfection. Location was great close to the beach close to downtown. Trish was a great host we loved her house and if we go to Saint Pete that's where we will be staying again.
