Wonderful stay

We stayed in the exact condo last year. Loved it so much we stayed there again this year. Love the location and with being on the first floor it was like you were sitting along the ocean. Loved the new living room furniture. We will definitely stay here again.

View was perfect and condo was very nice. Pool was great and the small food shack by the pool was amazing. Hope to get back soon. Thanks for a great week.

Awesome time at Long Beach Resort

We went to the beach on one of the hottest weekends of the year and gad the best time. Spacious condo, great accommodations, perfect location to the beach - we were on the first floor. Loved the pool and the condo was centrally located to everything we need. Cant wait to come back for another visit!

Week in PCB

We had a wonderful time. Condo was great. Just needed a little more cleaning of glass on windows and doors. Location was wonderful.

Great condo

The condo was as listed and it was great. I was impressed with the little touches, welcome bags in each bathroom and kitchen. The beach views are fantastic as well. We would rent this unit again. My tip is to check in if possible with the chair service the night before that way they will put cushions on your chairs.

The place was Dirty. The door on porch doesn’t lock. The beds were so uncomfortable that even my children’s backs hurt. Will not stay there again.

Nice vacation!

Let's talk about the good first. This property has plenty of space! We had 4 adults and 3 children. I put a pack-n-play in one of the walk-in closets for my toddler daughter, and that worked great. The balcony was perfect for everyone to hang out on and especially nice for dinner. Communication was property management was perfect! All the kitchen items we needed were provided. The unit is on the 1st floor (not ground floor), and we were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator, which was much quicker. There are luggage carts that are available when unloading/loading vehicles. Pools were very close. We alternated going to different pools. Full size washer/dryer combo that we used daily. Now... The unit could have been cleaner, especially under the couch and the bathrooms. The toiler paper holder looked like it had never been wiped down. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. Overall, we had a great vacation!

Family getaway

There were a few minor issues. We were unable to reset the lock with our own code. The comforters seemed old and not the cleanest. Not enough toilet paper provided for 5 guests for 4 nights as well as dishwasher detergent. Majority of the outlets are lose and they should be replaced for safety reason's. There should be a caution sign by the balcony door due to a high step.. Otherwise, it was a nice experience. .

This was a quick stay, however we needed to add an additional day to our vacation and the property manager responded immediately. Grateful for great service!
