Long Beach Resort Tower 3-enheten 1403 är en takvåning på 1 368 kvm med två sovrum och två badrum belägen i Tower 3. Båda sovrummen och vardagsrummet är Gulf Front med golv-till-tak-fönster och tillgång till den stora 270 kvadratmeter balkongen med utsikt över stranden och de oöverträffade solnedgångarna! Alla rum är rymliga med bänkskivor i granit i köket, otroligt välvda tak i vardagsrummet och upphöjda taktak i båda sovrummen. Det viktigaste vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket har också golv-till-tak-fönster hela vägen över 22 meter med öppet vardagsrum! Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver inklusive en Keurig Mini kaffebryggare, så ta med dig dina K-Cups! Balkongen erbjuder fantastisk utsikt! Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och en sittgrupp, tillsammans med en stor klädkammare. Befälhavaren badet har en dubbel fåfänga och en stor trädgård stil badkar / dusch. Gäst sovrummet har två queen size-sängar och en platt-TV. Gästbadet har en dubbel fåfänga och badkar / dusch i trädgårdsstil. Family vacation

Beautiful condo, excellent view! Nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the main pool, and beach set up was nice. We would definitely stay again!!

Great oceanfront condo

Perfect Week

This condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen utensils. Nicely decorated and the view from the 14th floor is so nice. We have stayed in a Kim's Condos on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be back for more soon....

Beginning the return to normalcy

I have stayed at Long Beach Resorts many times and Kim’s Condo’s group continue to provide great choices. This unit on the top floor was everything promised and exactly what was needed to start vacation s again!

Penthouse 1403

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it

Great Condo

I love this condo. I have stayed in it several times over the last 6 years. I come down once a year for my annual girls trip and we love this condo and location so much, we stay here every year. And I have also used this condo for family vacations. Very kid friendly resort! Love all the guys working at the Hang out bar by the main pool, always super friendly and remember us every year! Security is great , feel perfectly safe!

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Wonderful visit to PCB!

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was very nice and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in with door code was perfect. It does seem the place could use some TLC and updated decor. Florals were old school and it would be really nice to have a walk in shower so you didn’t have to step up into the big tub. My husband and I both almost fell. Also needs something in bottom of tub to avoid slipping. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we all had a great time!!

Wonderful five days overall.

We love staying at Long Beach every year. This Penthouse was quite nice. Well appointed. But they need a new Refrigerator.It was inconvenient that the Fridge was broken. The bottom stayed cool BUT no Freezer.... so No freezer.... so No Ice.. They sent a repairman the second day but with no results. It has an excellent view. Id stay again but with a freezer next time..

Amazing Condo

This is by far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City! Everything in the condo was as pictured or even better than pictured on the website. Amazing views of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room!!! The balcony was very nicely furnished. Unlike other condos, liquid hand soap was included in the kitchen and both bathrooms. My kids and I really enjoyed staying in this unit and we did not want to leave. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. There is plenty of room and the closets are walk in with hangers provided (which most condos do not provide). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor!! The huge TV in the living room was great for watching movies! The only con I can think of is the water pressure in the 2nd bath shower was not too good. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is definitely it! The pools were also nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on returning in the future!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and clean, but.....

My two adult daughters and I stayed four nights beginning on May 10th. We have stayed at condos all across the Florida coast, and this was by far, the best based on appearance and cleanliness. However, we did have a couple of issues: (1) The people in the condo below us sat on their balcony and played music and talked loudly until close to 4:00am. We were awake all night. I did call management the next morning, and there was no noise problem after that. (2) We came in from the beach one day around 4:00PM, and the bathroom ceiling tile had been moved to the side. Clearly, someone had been in our room. Very disturbing. Called management, and they were unaware but very apologetic. We checked under all the beds and closets, and there was nothing missing, but still creeped out. All in all, very nice condo, but not sure that we will go back. It was a bit much that someone had to go through my bedroom to get to the bathroom, not to mention my underwear on the floor.

Great condo

I’ve stayed at Long Beach for over 20+years. This condo was the cleanest by far. The decor was a little dated but overall the condo was wonderful.

Room was good. Property not so much.

Room was good. But the overall property not the best. Elevator did not work first day. Beach access gate, needs lots of improving. If you’re like me and short super hard to reach. If you’re coming up at night there’s light. Also not enough deck to open the gate. Very dark at the pools at night. Cockroaches everywhere. Overall I do not think we would stay again.

Wonderful family vacation!

This condominium was just what we wanted. It is a perfect size for a family of four. Nice sized bedrooms and a big balcony with a fantastic view. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything was just as the pictures show. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and floor to ceiling windows made this condo a nice find. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes and since we cooked several meals, this was very helpful. We loved the keyless entry because we didn't have to keep up with a key and passing it to one another. Check in was simple. The location was perfect. Long Beach resort is not as crowded as the condos next door. LBR leaves plenty of room for the beach umbrellas unlike the ones we saw that were three rows deep and very close to one another. Also, with the large lagoon pool and two additional pools, there was always chairs available when we chose to swim at the pool. The condo was clean except for one towel that remained from the previous guest and a sandy floor. I imagine it is difficult to remove all the sand but it seemed that it just needed a good mopping. The kitchen dishes were very clean but the previous guests left the washer with fuzz and sand in it. We never used the washer/dryer so that wasn't a problem for us. Overall, this was a great rental experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break in PCB

We decided to take a last minute trip to PCB. I was able to book this condo within 24 hrs. They had our parking passes at the security gate waiting for us as promised. Our key code was emailed to us so we had no problem checking in. The condo was clean. Bedrooms are very spacious and the large windows looking over the gulf were nice. The balcony is larger than most. We had several meals at the table outside. The pools were nice. We were located near the lagoon pool, which my boys loved. The beach chair service was a great perk too. The bathrooms could use some updating but wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was updated with nice granite counters. Everything was just like the pictures showed. Would definitely go back. Also, no waiting at all for elevators. I guess since it was not peak season!
