The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked with everything you would normally have at your house. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was with the beach chairs that are supposed to come with the rental. They were supposed to reserve them for us but didn’t. That was not the rental properties fault as the beach chairs are rented through another company and was their issue because they kept leaving us off the reservation list every day after we told them to reserve them for us the first day we were there and even told them the length of our stay.

Our week stay at your condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped and updated. Upon check-in we had a couple of minor issues but was taken care of immediately. The weather was great and the gulf was absolutely gorgeous. Having beach chair service was a plus. We would love to come back here again.

Guys this condo is the absolute pinnacle of condos! It is furnished with the loveliest beach theme decor in the living room and the bedrooms were stunning as well. All beds were extremely comfortable with the best linens. Kitchen was stocked to the brim with any dinner plates, cooking utensils (skillets, pots , pans) and glasses wine to juice. They even made sure the necessary items were there for the first night including a sample of shampoo/conditioner along with hand soap and toilet paper. These are just initial items to get you started. And I can't say enough about Kim's Condos. They were always ready with an answer to any question and even worked with us on a early check in. This all depends on giving the cleaning girls time to do their job. Short story long..you will not be sorry for renting this unit! Bravo to Kim's Condos!! Impeccable unit and leasing agents!

The place was clean and nicely decorated. If you are planning to save and cook at the unit, please bring /buy everything you need - there is no even salt or pepper shakers, aluminum foil, plastic bags - very bare minimum. Beach towels would be helpful. The listing should have a more detailed description regarding construction process. It stated "the access may be limited to some areas", while access to the beach from our building was closed, both closest swimming pools were closed. When booking please check for mere detailed information what you will be limited to due to construction.Otherwise we enjoyed the stay with wonderful views from the balcony.

Thank you so much for the great review, we're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful views. The week you were here back in March 2026 we were still under a good bit of construction in tower 3, however as of now, April 23, 2026 all 3 pools and hot tubs are open, there is a temporary beach access under tower 3, new fencing is currently going in as well as irrigation lines, then once that's done the tower 3 and 4 beach accesses will be rebuilt. The resort as a whole is looking great and will be completely finished very soon, we hope you will visit us again to see Long Beach when it will be 100%. Thanks again! Kim's Condos

The condo itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and with an amazing view. However, the stay was impacted by ongoing construction in the building (only one elevator working and common areas covered in plastic), the pool being unbearably cold despite warm weather, and security being slow to respond to noise complaints. We loved the unit itself, but these issues made the overall experience less enjoyable.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, however we did post on 7/7/25 in multiple places including the vrbo listing that there was construction going on and could possibly impact your stay. But again, glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. Thanks! Kim's Condos

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Penthouse 1403

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it
