- For security we have an Alarm system and an 8' cedar fence and exterior cameras. We also have an interior camera in the kitchen. There is only one interior camera and it has a view of the kitchen, family and hallway. This is not ever monitored unless we have reason to believe there is a party going on.This may be covered, if you have a 5 star review with 5 reviews.
- No parties please, no loud music, we have to be courteous to our neighbors and they are particularly sensitive.
-Maximum 16 people permitted including those visiting.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Beautiful and clean home, very nice property manager. Neighborhood not so nice, but there’s an at least 10ft gate around the house for privacy! I would definitely book again!

Daughter’s Sleepober

The property was very beautiful and clean. The listing online was accurate. The neighborhood was not ideal and made me feel very uncomfortable. However, upon entering the property, the owner did an excellent job with hiding the neighborhood from the home with the 10 feet fence surrounding home. The check in process was easy and the owner communicated very well and efficiently. My only suggestion would be more towels for guest and a little more snacks. Overall, the experience was great.
