Treat yourself to luxury around every corner in this stunning home appointed with two spacious Primary Bedroom ensuites with Jacuzzi whirlpool soaking tubs (1st floor primary also has a large 6 person sauna and bidet); all bedrooms have deluxe showers, computerized with 6 heads. All four bedrooms have private baths (shared shower between 2 bedrooms with separate sinks and toilets).

Kick back in front of the two Cozy Fireplaces (1 gas, 1 wood burning). Gourmet kitchen with commercial 6 burner stove and griddle, double convection oven, high-end appliances and a separate bar with full size ice-maker. Sun yourself on the expansive private patio with gas barbecue grill, smoker and "big green egg". Take a load off, and watch the deer visit at sunrise and sunset. Additional amenities include Toddler bed, portable crib, high chair an assortment of toys, and wheel chair ramps (making first floor wheel-chair accessible); all available on request. Party tables and chairs may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Micro weddings allowed with an up-charge. The first floor of this property, including premium Primary Suite and patio is Wheelchair accessible (shower has 5" threshold). Minimal ramps (one step) will be provided on advance request at no additional charge. Six-person Master Spa Twilight series 83 Hot Tub and a 40' in-ground heated pool. Pool will be covered for winter from Oct. 1 to May 15.

Immaculate Property

This is an incredibly beautiful property with a serene and welcoming backyard patio area. There is wonderful common space, a huge and well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Along with the beauty of the property, the cleanliness of the home is the best I have experienced on VRBO. The host is quick to respond to messages and extremely eager to provide information to guests. I will definitely book this property again if I need to stay near Annapolis!

This is a wonderful place!

This is the best place, a chic house, and a beautiful area. Purity and beauty, comfort and love in this house. I am grateful to the owner for easy communication, help, and responsiveness! Curtis, you are the best, thank you for our wonderful stay! I also want to say that the hot bath is great and there was not a lot of chlorine, it's wonderful. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

Photos of this beautiful house do not do it justice - it is absolutely amazing! It’s also very clean and well supplied with what we needed for our Thanksgiving celebration. The kitchen was perfect for multiple people cooking and prepping. Overall, there was plenty of space to spread out and have privacy, with wonderful common spaces to enjoy hanging out. Everyone had their own bathroom, which all are luxurious and the showers are awesome. There were a couple issues during our stay, but Curtis was very responsive the entire time. He also made sure to stock the house with plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy, a toddler bed and a pack and play, which made the trip for the children absolutely perfect - they didn’t want to leave! My only wish was we had more time so I could have played a little basketball (hoop at the driveway and ball in the house) and just spent more time outside! There was a great fire pit we didn’t get to use. Annapolis was a short drive away and the downtown area was lovely. This Thanksgiving was one we won’t ever forget!

After forty some years of practicing law and real estate, my wife and I decided we wanted a true retreat near but yet removed from the metro areas of Washington and Annapolis (less than 35 minutes away) and near Baltimore (just under an hour). The Chesapeake Bay and its bucolic atmosphere, the marinas, the friendly people and the slower pace of live invited us to look in Southern Anne Arundel County, finding this palace we call Paradise North (our other Paradise is in Marco Island, Florida (see other listing for 756 N Barfield). So, as we do not use either place "all the time", we applied for, and were granted conditional use to operate a Bed and Breakfast in Anne Arundel for times when we are away, which is about 7 months of the year.
