Fabulous home near the heart of everything. Minutes away from U of U, Westminster, Hogle Zoo and downtown Salt Lake. Just a short walk to the trendy 9th and 9th district where you will find coffee shops, delicious restaurants, yoga studios and much more. Easy freeway access to get to Park City Ski Resorts as well as local favorites like Snowbird and Alta. This luxury retreat is equipped with a backyard oasis including hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and bbq. Recently remodeled. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS. 30 day minimum.

Just East of Downtown Salt Lake City you will find our beautiful home filled with all the modern comforts you expect plus some extra amenities to make your stay more special. Our home features two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level with an additional flex space for extra sleeping. We welcome you to our beautiful backyard equipped with a hot tub, sauna, fire pit and bbq. It is the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family.
Equipped with a doorbell camera and backyard camera for your safety. With Covid being a heavy topic on everyones mind, rest assured we have invested in specialized electronic equipment to clean the home between each stay for your safety.

The home was exactly as listed and our hosts were very accommodating during our stay! We enjoyed the spacious common areas and all the amenities provided. Would stay here again if in the area!

Great spot with plenty of room

We came for Pioneer Days and rodeo's! Two families. We had plenty of room and all the conveniences of home plus a lovely outside space complete with fire pit, sauna, and grill! Surprise perk, it's across the street from where the movie High School Musical was filmed! Totally recommend!

Perfect place for the family!

This house (particularly the backyard) was PERFECT for our large family. We very comfortably slept and made sit down dinners for our group every evening. We loved the location right by the campus so that we could explore the area on foot, but the real highlight was the backyard. The whole family used the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit each day after skiing. If you want to spend time together as a group this house is the one for you!

Friends' Annual Utah Ski Trip

This property was perfect in every aspect for our group of 5's annual Utah ski trip. The house and property are exactly as advertised. Extremely convenient to all of Salt Lake's ammenities as well as being within convenient proximity to all area ski resorts. The hot tub was wonderful to come back to after a hard day of skiing. As the trip organizer, I was lucky enough to snag the master bedroom for the stay. The mattress and pillows on that bed were amazing. I had the best nights sleep(s) on that bed I have had in a long time. Unfortunately, I injured my knee on the slopes midway through the trip and had to spend more time in the house than anticipated, but that just enforced my appreciation of the property. One suggestion I would make is to add lighting to the back steps and grill area. It would make putting the final touches to those ribeyes a little easier. We will certainly stay in this house again if it is available for next year's trip. Thank you Janie!

The fabulous Brick House!

We chose this property based upon the photos and amenities offered. Well it did not disappoint. The location is fabulous easy access to absolutely everything. The house was clean and tastefully appointed. Our interaction with the owner and caretaker were stellar. We had some unfortunate technical issues with the WiFi and the hot tub which they remedied. I requested a credit for our inconvenience and the owners were more than generous in providing a refund. I would definitely Book this property again and highly recommend it.

Super comfortable, safe, and clean.

Very well done remodel inside and out. Well worth the price. Every amenity was awesome- hot tub, fire pit, sauna, arcade game, washer/dryer, snacks, pots/pans, spices. The MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS ever!!! Easy to communicate with hosts. Loved it!

Perfect for our Family Search Library Visit

The house was exactly as described in the write up and pictures. We were a group of women coming to Salt Lake City for genealogy research at the Family Search Library. This house was a 10-15 minute drive from the library. The house was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the TVs in each bedroom. The house has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within a few blocks of a large grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Second visit

This property is everything it says on the site. Its very clean, well appointed and the communication with the owners is very easy. We stayed here a year ago and it was great to see how well maintained the place is a year later. we (a party of five adults and one teenager) were all able to relax and enjoy this space and not ever feel crowded. The air conditioning worked like a charm during very hot days. The location is perfect and quiet.

Perfect family weekend house

We really enjoyed this home! It was close to the university of Utah and allowed us to help move our daughters young family during our stay! The hot tub and sauna as well as the fire place/grill was perfect every evening to bring us together to visit and enjoy each other. The high chair/playback and comfortable beds were much appreciated as it made our stay very nice!

Short family vacation

Wife had training in SLC. We used that as an excuse to make a short family vacation to Utah. The house was excellent! Beautifully kept and easily accessible to all parts of Salt Lake City. Would definitely stay here again

Family on spring break

This house checked all the boxes we were looking for with our week long stay in Salt Lake City. Home was clean and stocked appropriately with bedding, towels, and toiletries products. Our 3 kids were huge fans of the video game area & racked up high scores during our stay. The appliances were all top notch-spacious fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffeemaker, and laundry all were utilized by us daily! The hot tub is so clean, large, and well maintained. The sauna was wonderful as well. The property was located close to so many easy to get to areas of SLC, and the provided guest book really laid out options for grocery, dining, and area activities. Communicating with the hosts was easy: they responded right away and were polite and answered all out of questions. Thank you so much for a very pleasant visit
