Immaculate and beautifully renovated three bedroom home just 1/2 mile to both Orleans Main Street and Rock Harbor. This sunny and bright home is set back from the road and offers privacy and the charm of Cape Cod. Main level with living room w/TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (both with TVs) and one full bath. Upper level offers a spacious open room with twin beds and a hangout space with seating and large flat screen TV. Enjoy a day at the Rock Harbor Beach and the spectacular sunsets or head to Skaket Beach which is just 1 mile away. Central AC, Outdoor Shower, cooler, beach chairs, and beach toys. New patio!

Great stay in a lovely house

We are a family of 3 including a 3 year old toddler and we stayed 1 week. The house is lovely and very well taken care of. It was very spacious for us 3 (although I wouldn’t recommend staying there with more than 4 people due to the single bathroom situation). The queen bed was super comfortable and we slept very well the entire week. The central AC works wonderfully to cool down when it is hot and humid. It is very close to skaket beach which is perfect for little ones. We biked there everyday.

really beautiful home in quiet and great location

our family of four (2 adults, 8 year old, 3 year old) stayed here for a week during our visit to cape cod and absolutely loved it. the kids loved sharing the upstairs room and feeling like they had their own "living room" plenty of shaded outdoor space to enjoy dinner or hanging out. the patio was big enough for our young kids to bike around. easy access to skaket beach (free parking after 4:30 pm, but usually a little earlier) and central location to explore other parts of the cape. we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage!

We've stayed in many cottages in Orleans, but this one is the best so far! It was spotless, had comfortable beds, a great location, and a fantastic outdoor shower! (No one showered inside the whole week!) We really appreciated the central A/C during some very hot days. While the kitchen is quite small, it had everything we could need, and the dining area was plenty big enough. The upstairs was a great retreat for the 2 young adults that joined us. It was also great to see the many beach chairs and cooler available. Often times hosts list them but they are not there. We will definitley rent here again!

Fantastic place

We had a great stay. Close to 2 beaches and downtown Orleans. Wonderful accommodations.
