GREAT ROOM
As you walk in the front door, you’ll immediately notice the open floor plan that is perfect for creating some great memories. And your gaze will immediately be drawn to the sparkling pool right outside the French doors in the great room.

Relax in the reclining love seat, sofa and chair that provide comfortable seating for six as you enjoy your favorite TV show or sporting event on the 55” smart TV. Or connect your devices to the soundbar and enjoy some of your favorite music. If it’s a bit chilly warm up with the gas fireplace. If you need to work, you’ll be able to connect to the high speed internet and use the dedicated workspace.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Save some money and prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We’ve included everything you need – a gas range/stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll also find a toaster, hand mixer, blender, and even a Ninja Foodi (a combination air fryer and pressure cooker). Don’t waste your time or money buying a lot of extras - the kitchen is stocked with a variety of oils, spices, cooking spray and plastic bags and wrap.. Grab your morning beverage from our coffee bar and sip it under the pergola in the back yard.

Dine at the dining table which has seating for 6 or use one of the barstools and carry on a conversation with your group.

Most days you can do what many of our guests prefer to do and dine outside and cook on the propane grill. You can pick up groceries at one of the nearby stores. Or if you don’t want to cook, savor a great meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. Ask us for some recommendations.

BACKYARD AND POOL
As you step outside, you’ll see why guests rave about our backyard, which features lush landscaping, plenty of space to lounge around or enjoy your meals outdoors, and, of course, the sparkling pool. Enjoy the pool year-round. From October to April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a $75 startup fee plus $50/night. With nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, your odds of being able to enjoy the outdoors are pretty good. In the evening, recount the day’s adventures as you gather around the propane fire pit table.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Speaking of the outdoors, our home is in the midst of an outdoor lover’s paradise. Take a hike in nearby Catalina State Park or on some of the other nearby trails. Play golf at one of the courses in the area. Walk or take a bike ride on “The Loop” a multi-use trail that is just minutes away. There are several parks close by with facilities for the entire family. Or make this your base for visiting the many other attractions in Southern Arizona.

If you love pickleball like we do, we've provided paddles and balls and there are a number of great court facilities nearby. Let us know if you need someone to play with.

After a full day of enjoying all the area has to offer, or just hanging out at your home base taking advantage of all the fun things to do, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of three bedrooms.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom features a king bed along with plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet, a dresser, and bedside tables with lamps. Curl up with a good book in the comfortable recliner or watch TV on the smart TV. You’ll love the convenience of the primary ensuite bath with double-sink vanity, custom walk-in shower, and all bathroom essentials (hair dryer, towels, makeup towels, toiletries, and more).

QUEEN BEDROOM
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a dresser with mirror, and nightstand with lamp. You’ll have plenty of room to store your luggage in the large closet.

TWIN BEDROOM
The third bedroom features two twin beds, a nightstand with lamp and a large closet. Or if you’d rather, the two beds can be combined into a king bed.

BATHROOM
Refresh and rejuvenate in the common bathroom which offers a custom walk-in shower and every bathroom essential.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
If you have little ones you'll appreciate the pack and play, high chair, and children's dishes. And the house is free from clutter.

LAUNDRY
Don’t worry about overpacking. You’ll love the convenience of the laundry area with washer, dryer, and supplies.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Booking is not considered final until guests provide a government issued photo ID and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $100 to cover the cost of credit card fees and other costs incurred by the owners.

Town of Oro Valley License #STR0085. As of May 5, 2023, all short term vacation rentals in Oro Valley must be licensed by the town. Don't risk your vacation by renting an unlicensed property.
