Experience Southwest Magic at our "Family Friendly" home designed to bring people together for making memories. Please be advised, this is NOT a "high-end" rental. You will not find a gourmet kitchen, nor silk sheets in our home but you will find ALL the "comfortable amenities" of home. The location is within a family-friendly neighborhood near a school. Please seek alternative accommodations if your goals are not aligned with our mission.
RECREATIONAL AMENITIES OFFERED:
1. Heated Pool & Spa YEAR-ROUND!! (Complimentary Heat up to 79 degrees + Optional "additional heating" at $50/Night up to 84 degrees). SPA heating is always complimentary.
2. Bikes (Mountain bikes/kids bikes may be available to ride if in working condition. Please be aware, we make no guarantees and consider this amenity a bonus. Road bikes are not included)
3. Golf Clubs
4. Tennis Rackets, Basketball, Volleyball etc..
5. Televisions (x4)/ Wifi. Two in common areas (with basic cable/roku streaming) and two in bedrooms (master & kids room streaming only)
The Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood boasts access to Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Cycling Lanes, Golf, 10 Parks and an extensive Desert Trail System for Walking/Hiking/Trail Running.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. While we would love to host your furry friends, we are NOT pet-friendly. Any evidence of pets will result in extra fees & potential immediate rental termination.
2. Extra charges of $10 per guest/night >6 guests (AZ water charges, cleaning/laundry/linens etc.. )
3. Host Fee= Cleaning Fee (100% of your cleaning fee is passed through to our cleaning company)
