Inside, the open floor plan makes it ideal for entertaining and includes a spectacular gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a casual table for six and an elegant dining area with formal seating for eight, plus a comfortably-furnished living area with tumbled stone flooring, solar shades, a gas fireplace, custom built-ins, and a flat-screen TV. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults and includes casita (detached living quarters) with full bath and kitchenette.
Outside, you'll find an expansive, furnished patio and pool deck with smooth transitions to private pool with a swim-up bar, bridge, waterfall, and pool spa â in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Enjoy spectacular pastel sunsets with a golf course and Santa Rosa Mountain backdrop.
