The first floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, bedroom, and access to the patio, while the second floor is home to a full bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, an electric fireplace, Keurig, board games, a gas grill, and WiFi round out this home's amazing perks. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
