Well, the owner was friendly. I will list the problems by the way my wife and I have stayed at over 15 VRBOsThe kitchen blinds fell when we tried to open themOf the blinds in the master bedroom, only one of three would open.Then, the front screen door would not lock the main door, and there is a problem.There was a funny smell when the heater was on. I didn't know what it was, but I checked the filter for the heater in the grage, and I pulled it out, the filter, and it was black I went to home depot and put a good quility filter in that took care of the smell.My wife emailed her about the rat dropping under the outside barbque, and she said Oh no, that's bait Yes, there was bait with a lot of rat droppings under the barbque. I didn't use the barbqueThe hot tub was not clean. I emailed her, and she said she had a great pool spa person. We had been here a month, and there was never a pool person for the hot tub. We used it twice. Also, I took a sample of the water in the spa to a spa pool place, and they said it had drained three months ago and had never been treated after that. I used it twice, and no one ever checked it. Before we came down, I asked if it was quiet because Highway 303 was nearby. She said, " OH YES wrong; sometimes, you couldn't be in the back because the freeway noise was so loud depending on the wind direction.I am sure the owners are very nice. However, we paid about 2000 more than we should have.Thank you.
