Med 5000 kvadratmeter utrymme, 7 sovrum och 6,5 badrum finns gott om plats för alla. En av hemmets fantastiska funktioner: Det finns fem sovrum med king size-sängar som också kan konfigureras som två extra långa enkelsängar, så vi kan anpassa sängkläderna för att möta din grupps behov. Det sjätte sovrummet har två uppsättningar extra långa dubbla bunkar - perfekt för barnen. Och om någon behöver extra avskildhet, är det sjunde sovrummet faktiskt en studio med en neddragbar Murphy-säng, sittgrupp och eget badrum.

Vardagsrummet är magnifik! Kolla in den massiva, två vånings flodstenskaminen och stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt över skidbackarna och omgivande toppar. Det finns en stor LCD-TV och hemmabiosystem för långa avkopplande kvällar i bergen. Och nere finns det ett rekreationsrum med en annan LCD-TV och hemmabiosystem, ett biljardbord, våt bar, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn.

Det stora öppna köket är en annan kontaktpunkt i hemmet. Stora graniträknare, en 48 "Inredningsprodukt med 2 ugnar, en staplad Thermador mikrovågsugn / värmebord / konvektionsugn, ett Sub Zero-kylskåp, 2 KitchenAid diskmaskiner ... det är en dröm för helgkockar och professionella cateringfirma. Den rymliga matsalen har en smidesjärnsljuskrona och ett vackert alderbord med plats för ytterligare fyra på disken. Beautiful Home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Breckenridge! The property was spotless, with upgraded amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The attention to detail in the home’s design and furnishings was impressive. The location was great, and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Ski Trip

We had a group of 8 for a ski trip and this property was ideal for us. Very clean and close to the ski lifts. Communication also was very good leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely consider this property in the future.

Great Family Spot

Went to Breckenridge to ski/ board, celebrating my 50th with family and friends, a total of 14 of us. The house was awesome and had plenty of space for each of our 3 families to spread out and yet stay close and enjoy each others company. So easy to get to Breck, and with all the kids, that was a must. House was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. Any issues that came up were handled and communicated back expertly. The home is updated with new carpet amd hardwood plus ALL the bathrooms are updated, althoguth the pictures may not show it. They even had firewood we could use to start a fire in the fireplace. Overall great stay and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Family Staycation away from Home!

We booked this property because of the space! Our three kids and their families joined us for a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. Everyone had their own space with a bathroom and could get together in the large living room, kitchen, and dining area. It was a wonderful way to spend a week together.

Great property by Peak 8

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 college friends...wives...kids....and beer. A 29 year annual get together. "Beerfest" came west this year for 14 members of a very close "family" of friends. The home provided enough room, privacy and extravagance for a very special experience. The location and some cold brews did the rest.

Spacious home, well suited for large groups

House has 3 levels, so it’s well suited for large groups. Plenty bed options, but all mattresses are Ultra Firm & no one in our group of 16 thought their bed was comfortable. Kitchen has a great set up with plenty utensils & lots of dining space. Our biggest kitchen complaint was all the pots/pans were old & very sticky! This really added to our workload and cleanup time & it would’ve been nice to have had small size plastic cups for the children. The property management company was superb because when we had a clogged drain they came within a few hours to rectify the problem. Overall, because of size & location it was a good choice for our family vacation.

Great location but not ski-in for average skiier

The home is beautiful and easily fit our group of 19. The location was great, but it was advertised as a "ski-in" rental, which requires significant traversing and not for your beginner - average skier. The property managers were responsive but we did run into a couple issues during our stay - beds were configured incorrectly (left as kings, rather than separated per request), broken ice machine. For most rentals, I haven't had to call property management, so this was unusual for me and not very convenient. However, they were responsive when we needed them.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is it's best asset (close to the gondola, etc.) and the hot tub was relatively new and well-maintained. On the minus side, however: - we were disappointed to discover we had to clean some pots and pans before using them (oily, greasy, etc.)-we had to call management to get dish washer soap-the home and furnishing is dated overall, considering the price-the picnic table on the deck needs replacing- the bison head above the fireplace needs a good dusting (or it may be its gray mane shows it is old)- the kitchen floor was not cleaned.Somewhat disappointing, given the price.

Lovely and spacious home for our large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our family of 13 here for a week in August. It was by far the best home we have rented for our 8 adults and 5 grandchildren ages 4-7. The common areas were large, comfortable and well thought out to provide room to spread out, get away from the large group when needed and to also congregate all together. The house was clean, the 5 masters were comfortable. We couldn't decide which was the 'best' master since they were equally nice. The home had quality cookware and utensils- everything we needed to prepare food for our crew. The best thing was the proximity to all of the Base 8 activities and the Gondola that carried us into town- all within walking distance that enabled us to go back and forth with ease. It seems that every detail was well thought out with this home to make for a relaxing and intimate stay. The fact that firewood was provided was a nice perk since it was chilly enough every morning and night to have a fire. We will definitely consider coming back to Boulder Ridge #7 with our family again! Since we used the hot tub every day, it required service our last day. The management company had someone come out within a couple of hours to have it ready by time we came home from our hike.

Boulder Ridge Lodge Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was overpriced due to the location close to peak 8. It is not truly, ski in- ski out. We found the interior of the home to be very outdated, especially in the basement. The basement room under the front steps makes a horrible noise as people take the stairs above you- quite disturbing while trying to sleep. The upstairs bedrooms were unnecessarily large and a lot of wasted space that could’ve been used to sleep more people. The house holds somewhere around 18 people but only 4 cars are permitted to park on site. The gas stove was not lighting due to a pilot light issue.

A Family Celebrates Grandma's 85th Birthday
